The French restaurant "Bistro Shiro" has moved to Tokyo's Marunouchi Brix Square on October 17, 2025 (Friday).
Concept is
White is the space that connects the sea and the dining table.
The name “シロ” embodies two sentiments: the dedication to fish dishes that complement white wine, and the tranquility of a “château” that welcomes visitors.
In 2008, it opened in Ebisu as a unique one-family bistro specializing in fish dishes. It became a favorite and a topic of discussion among various celebrities and fashionistas.
In October 2017, the restaurant moved from Hibiya to Hiroko. In 2022, due to reasons related to the building, it had to close its doors.
Operation is conducted by Potomack Co., Ltd.
Café-Restaurant Patisserie “TOOTH TOOTH”, “BARBARA Market Place 151 Shinmaru Building Store”, “THE ALLEY” 등. Also includes Biostro Shirononiwawa in Ebisu.
Recently, the restaurant has opened its doors at Takarai Gateway, continuing its rapid growth!
The dishes at Bistro Shiro are composed solely of fish and seafood, as well as seasonal vegetables.

Since the founding of the restaurant, its famous dishes include the "Shiro Special Beef Base."
