A French bistrot of a traditional restaurant!
This was something I had always wanted to visit, but whenever I tried to go there, it was closed. When I tried another restaurant, they were open, but the situation was still not ideal. This has been the case for several years now.
On this day, I finally decided to go here. Oh, it was open!
(After all, the idea is to make reservations, but since it's my first time, I decided to get a feel for the atmosphere by just jumping in.)
Owner and two part-time employees working together
I reviewed the menu and ordered a bistrot set that includes both alcoholic drinks and oden.
The drink ordered for the bistro set is raw beer.
Additionally, I ordered a bottle of white wine that is also spicy.
After the bottles ran out, I ordered a half portion as an additional order.
●The appetizers for the bistro set seem to be in three varieties.
All dishes are carefully prepared, with reliable flavors. The cooking and seasoning are done with great care.
→ A somewhat unusual eskalgo served in a soup dish, along with plenty of mushrooms produced in Toyoto.
→This also features a sophisticated broth that brings out the delicious umami of the mountain chicken. It’s really good. The meat is delicious, and there’s plenty of vegetables too.
A pretty good sense of satisfaction
→I would like to receive a little more, so I shared one plate. The name, I can’t remember… or maybe it wasn’t mentioned at all?
Various types of fish and seafood are served on one plate, and the sauce that brings them together is also excellent.
Egg, crab, white fish, salmon… and white wine continues to play a role in this meal.
A bottle and a half can really get you drunk, and it was quite delicious!
The atmosphere of the bistro is also great, so it seems like you can enjoy yourself even if the focus is on alcohol.
It’s a bit expensive, but I’ll definitely come back again.
