This is another excellent place where delicious broth is produced... Perfect for entering the dining area!
Also, the dish that cannot be removed at all is "Gossan Roast!"
Not only are there three types of smoked dishes, but also raw salmon, and even smoked tuna!
This has now turned into a feast of bonito sashimi...
The tuna meat has a chewy texture, and its excellent flavor spreads throughout the plate!
When paired with a hot sake, it's simply incredible... It's just too good.
We enjoyed a solid two hours of drinks, with plenty of alcohol to choose from!
