Having a little time before the meeting in the neighborhood, I went for a late lunch with a colleague from one of my clients from morning.
It resembles a local cuisine restaurant in Miyazaki Prefecture, offering three types of lunches and a clean selection of dishes.
It was a lunch service a little past 13 o’clock, so we had the opportunity to enjoy a spacious interior while the customers were leaving.
A little sunlight shines in, creating a scene that truly evokes a sense of nostalgia.
Both I and my colleague ordered “Chikin Nanban Lunch (1,100 yen)”.
Of course, when it comes to Miyazaki, this is what comes to mind. I really like it, but I don't have many opportunities to eat there.
Quite quickly, we began to set up our tables.
非常にシンプルな定食です。
But there's a casual mix of wheat rice in the rice, and with hot spring eggs, it makes for a delicious TKG. That's something that really brightens my mood.
The chicken nabana is served with a tartar sauce that is applied in such an excessive amount, but surprisingly, the taste is elegant and quite pleasant.
The chicken is tender and juicy, living up to all our expectations. It's a delicious dish.
Finally, we have a TKG made with hot spring eggs. We poured some soy sauce over it and ate it all in one go. That’s the end of our meal.
Yes, the amount is a bit small. But since there are still meetings to attend, I can't just go straight to bed. So, this amount seems just right.
Delicious!
Thank you for your hospitality!
