A restaurant that boasts its dishes cooked in a traditional stove using Kishu charcoal.
I made a reservation for this restaurant when I visited Osaka.
It is located about 7 minutes away from Shinzaibashi Station.
From the entrance, a secluded atmosphere
This item bears a note from "Ejiteki no Sumin Kari" and is tied with a string.
A warm atmosphere created by the image of the storehouse
Opening the entrance door made of earth walls, as soon as one steps inside, one is greeted by a Japanese atmosphere that evokes the image of a storage room, exuding a sense of grandeur.
In a restaurant with a warm interior featuring wood-tiled flooring, you can enjoy your meal while surrounded by the fireplace.
There are three tables where guests can take off their shoes and sit down to enjoy a warm fireplace.
In the center of the table, there is a space cut out from the surrounding structure.

After sitting at the table for a while, a piece of maeguchi charcoal was brought over. It was a large piece, completely red-hot.
First, at the beginning of the meal, honey was served on spoons. To regulate blood sugar levels, people lick the honey to help balance the stomach's condition. It's nice to see such care and consideration from others.

They cooked the abalone using a net, and topped it with a large piece of karaashi. To finish, they sprinkled it with yuzu.

We cooked the seaweed wrapped in a bamboo mat over the fireplace, and then topped it with the filling made from white yams from White Mountain.
Over an open fire, the sawara has a fragrant skin, and its flesh is plump and tender.

The side dishes contain matsutake mushrooms.
Grilled hand bones slowly cooked over charcoal fire are absolutely juicy.
Inside, matsutake mushrooms are steamed and grilled, transferring their aroma to the chicken wings.
Delicious! It has plenty of the flavor and umami of matsutake mushrooms.
If we talk about delicious autumn dishes, Matsutake is a must.
