Normally, I stay at the Ebiba Shinjuku branch in my home. But occasionally, I go to the Ebisu Stand branch. So, the western area of the Yamanote Line is my main location.
The Kagurazaka branch is also located in Shinjuku District, so it’s quite close. However, just like the Gotanosu branch and Oosaki branch, it operates in a more extended schedule, so you don’t need to worry about time. On the other hand, our Ueno branch and Hibiya Stand branch open in the morning and remain open until night, which is very convenient.
Today, unusually, I felt the urge to have lunch. I ordered the limited-lunch item at the Ueno branch: “Pork Cutlets with Cheese Roast ~ Wine-Flavored Dressing ~”. As expected, it was delicious, so I ate it all at once. I’m usually quick to eat, but this time I ate even faster than usual.

My Ebis Bar's home is in Shinjuku. However, I also visit other locations from time to time, such as the YGP Stand in Ebisu, the Oozaki branch, and the Kawasaki branch. The areas on the West Side Line are my main targets.
This time, I took advantage of the summer vacation and a time for relaxation by taking a 17-day long holiday from August 2nd to 18th. Therefore, I set aside this as a homework task: to visit Ebisu Park, which I usually don't get to go to.
Today, the second stop was the Ueno branch, which is located in Otachinomiya. Fortunately, there were three staff members who knew each other well, including the store manager. The hall is entirely staffed by women; there isn’t a single male staff member. It feels nice. Laugh.

Today was my 16th visit to Ebiba Ueno no Mori Sakura Terrace, which is about 9 months since I last visited. It was a gathering with friends and drinks. It was a party that lasted over 3 hours. The chicken steak and tomatoes offered at the Ueno store were really delicious. The place was quite crowded during lunchtime, but it's probably due to the location of Ueno.
We were able to learn about each other, and it was a pleasant and meaningful time. I am grateful to her.

My first visit to this restaurant was when I had the opportunity to meet new friends in Ueno.
Even now, I sit at the counter, but back then, I had no preferences. So, following the guidance of the manager, I sat down at a table seat.
I ordered Ebis beer, and when I handed it to the staff, they stamped it on my phone screen with a special stamp. Then, the number of stamps on the Ebis beer in the wallet screen is counted up. Based on this, a ranking for the total monthly, cumulative, and individual stores can be generated.
As usual, I wanted to get a stamp on my phone, so I placed it on the table. However, I forgot to prepare the stamping screen. In a hurry, I made one up, but in doing so, my ranking was revealed to the manager. The manager was shocked and exclaimed, “Are you Kazzyer-sama?” At that time, I had been ranked number one for three consecutive months, and my overall ranking was also among the top ten. So, people said that I appeared like a comet, or something similar. It sounds like a red comet… lol.
The manager and I are of the same age, and we had a lot of interesting conversations. But without the incredible quality of Ebisu beer, I wouldn’t have visited Ebisu Bar at all.
Ebisu Beer, like other major beer manufacturers, does not use any additives such as corn or starches at all. It consists solely of wheat and hops. The joy of receiving it in a keg is indescribable. Since I started ordering Ebisu Beer in kegs, even Ebisu itself has naturally become less likely to prefer canned beer. My body has become extremely indulgent, as if I were living in luxury. Laugh.

The food is also delicious, and there's a Ebus beer that can only be enjoyed at the Ebus bar. Therefore, we recommend that all nearby residents, those whose workplaces are close to our restaurant, and visitors to Ueno definitely stop by and have a look.
