On this day, I had wanted to try Japanese cuisine, so I came here.
Just a little while ago, I couldn't get in because I didn't make a reservation. But on this day, I was able to get in.
As you climb the stairs, you read the words "一期一会", which conveys a sense of dedication and sincerity from this restaurant.
Well, when you enter the restaurant, there are a counter on the front and tables further back.
There was a reserved group at the table, and I found a spot near the counter.
I asked the owner, and he said that there are no individual items available; only a "menu by request."
On the exterior signboards, it says:
・おまかせコース(小鉢、お造り、温物、ご飯など)2,200円
・おまかせコース(小鉢、お造り、温物、焼物、揚げ物、ご飯など)3,300円
・おまかせコース(小鉢、お造り、温物、焼物、揚げ物、肉、ご飯など)4,200円
There are three types of reservations available. The last two types require reservations to be made by the day of the event.

Well, the medium-bottle beers are served in the champagne flutes that are available from the start.
In a champagne glass, the usual beer has become quite elegant. (Laughter)
The content of the 'Preserve Course' is,
・Watercress and Morinaga vegetables in a marinated dish
・Sashimi Combo
・Hiramasa no Yuzan-yaki
・天ぷら盛り合わせ
・Roasted rice balls with tea sauce
It was a fine restaurant, but due to the meticulous preparation of the dishes, it took nearly two hours.
It seems more appropriate to visit here when you have time.
“Watercress and Morinaga Pickles” is a refreshing dish that truly suits the summer season.
Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to eat! That's how I felt.
"O Sashimi Zonmawase" is a combination of various flavors. Each item has its own unique taste, and it complemented each other well with the sweet soy sauce.
In particular, the grilled catfish was my favorite.
“ヒラマサの柚庵焼き”も、厚みのあるヒラマサと柔らかな味噌に包まれています。
Ahahaha, delicious indeed.
“天ぷら盛り合わせ”は、レンコン、カボチャ、ヤングコーン、シイタケ、唐辛子、そして鶏肉で作られたアスパラガスを組み合わせたものです。
Rather than being called "tempura," it felt more like fried food, with the flavor of the wrapper lingering after eating.
This was also something I loved very much.
“焼きおにぎりの茶漬け”は、糠漬けやネギなどと一緒に食べると嬉しい〓です。
Although it wasn’t a large-course meal, it definitely calmed my hunger.
Eat and drink.
This is a content that seems unthinkably rich at 2,200 yen. With such a comprehensive offering, it's no wonder that other courses are also outstanding.
Another thing that was surprising is that there were no additional charges or service fees, and the prices were displayed including taxes.
I spent two hours eating slowly, drank three glasses of alcohol, and felt that 3,780 yen was simply too cheap.
A restaurant with a conscience, like Musashi Oyama.
I would like to visit here again.
