It's cold. Anyway, it's extremely cold.
And that day, the wind was extremely strong.
It's been a long time since I've had a leisurely weekend. That's why I woke up early on Sunday. And I no longer have to wait until lunchtime.
Oh yeah! It's Sunday, so let's go buy my favorite type of bread! That's what I decided.
So, let's start with lunch first.
This restaurant I've wanted to visit since before, Chicken and Eggs.
Located right next to Taishi Onsen, Omise allows for easy access between the onsen area and the interior of the restaurant. Therefore, customers need to remove their shoes before putting them in the shoebox at the entrance.
As we were stirred by the wind, we arrived at the mountain. It was already past 12:30. The parking lot was almost completely filled with cars. We managed to find a spot to park.
Anyway, the wind was strong, and I felt dizzy as I headed towards Omi-se. I made a reservation outside the store; there are 13 groups waiting.
Since Dad has chosen the mode that triggers calls on his phone, I decided to take a break from my duties and head over to Bike Shrine to have some fun.
Since it seems to take a long time, we decided to take refuge in the car once more. From time to time, the vehicle shakes significantly.
While waiting, there were cars that couldn’t be parked, and also cars that couldn’t wait any longer and left.
That's understandable.
Inside. They also waited for about 80 minutes.
After 10 minutes had passed, if it still wasn’t possible, I decided to go to another restaurant. At that moment, a call came in, and I headed towards Omi-se.
I pay at the counter first, then I sit down in the seat that has been indicated to me.
Well then, let's go get those eggs with some excitement.
First, let's have the zucchini with yuzu. Also, folic acid.
I hesitated about using the last piece as either a black-boned chicken or something else. However, since even the yolks turned white, it seemed best to use it as rice.
I waited for a while until an invitation came in, then went to the counter to pick up the set. Alright, here it is ♪
Of course, I prepared three bowls of soup. It's important to clearly distinguish the differences between them.
Yuzu.
(ΦωΦ)ホホォ… A little fragrance of yuzu.
Folic acid.
( ¯꒳¯ᐢ) I'm sorry. I really don't understand.
Well, it was vitamin D12, wasn't it? It's good for the body, right? Then, let's consider it as okay.
オコメ。
オォオォ(*˙꒫˙* ) 本当に真っ白だったわ。
The white flesh is only a faint yellowish color, but when mixed together, it becomes completely white. The taste, perhaps due to its visual appearance, suggests that it should be paired with bonito fillets and abalone sauce.
I apologize if I have ruined the theme of this restaurant. I even added yuzu seasoning to the yuzu tofu rice. It should be delicious, right?
While eating, several people went to get more "extra rice". Rice would surely run out, wouldn't it? That's why they prepared the extra portion from the beginning.
Ah, we can also serve釜ご飯 in a large portion option. (Confirmed at the cashier.)
It was a Sunday noon, perhaps due to that reason, but the restaurant was extremely crowded, and the waiting time was also long. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying lunch experience, including all the enjoyable aspects.
The next time it gets a little warmer, we’ll visit the neighboring Taizi Hot Spring as part of our tour, thought while leaving Omi-se.
(๑´ㅂ`๑)オイシカッター, next time again, right? Thank you very much for the hospitality♪
