This restaurant uses kombu from Okushiri Island. The flavor of the kombu is excellent, and the grains of ikura are also large, allowing for a complete meal!
This sushi restaurant has been in business for 27 years. The chef is truly skilled at making sushi. I was amazed by how effortlessly they manage to create such exquisite dishes!
I was so fortunate to encounter such a wonderful sushi restaurant in a place like Akasaka this month. It really was an amazing experience!
