A delicious Korean restaurant in Kōbutsū.
The evening visit was my first since several years—my second time visiting this place.
A group of five colleagues visited on a holiday.
There was only one group of customers prior to us, and the restaurant was empty. The spacing between the tables was also well-maintained, so we entered the restaurant.
From the starter, four dishes are served: pickles, Korean lees, sashimi with konnyaku and chotchujang, and other dishes.
This mess of things coming out seems authentic.
The staff member is also a Korean. The TV in the store is constantly broadcasting K-POP music shows.
◆ナムル盛り合わせ
◆豆腐の梅サラダ
◆Beef Chappie
◆Yom Cheese Tchimi
◆Seafood Chidimi
◆スンドゥブチゲ
◆サムギョプサル
Place an order.
Especially the chappie and the chidimi were the best.
This isn’t just any ordinary, thin and firm type of sweet potato. It has a crispy outer layer and a fluffy interior. The sweet potatoes that contain long yams are even more fluffy.
The seafood tempura is filled with a generous amount of seafood such as shrimp and octopus.
This is dangerous.
The Samgyopsal is also often served with roasted, juicy pork butt and kimchi, wrapped in samtchu. It is then rolled together with spicy green onions, sesame oil and salt, and chujang.
This is the best accompaniment for beer.
I've never had the chance to encounter a Korean restaurant of this level even in the downtown area, so it's really a pleasure to find one here in Kōbontsū.
Thank you for your hospitality!

Still doing it, or maybe not? I don't know about the exterior appearance ^_^
I went for lunch, relying on the fact that the windows were open.
I ordered a stone-baked bibimbap for the first time.

The cucumber has a nice texture, making it an enjoyable addition to the dish. It tastes delicious.
The Pluckogi grill beef bibimbab ordered by my junior is also a favorite menu item.
I refused meat, so my junior colleague brought me just meat. It turned into a luxurious beef bibimbab.
This Korean cuisine is quite popular among our company members and nearby customers. Therefore, it’s surprising that there are relatively few reviews posted here.
Recommended restaurant.

A authentic Korean cuisine restaurant in Kōbontsū.
After a long time, I went there for lunch.
The lunch service seems to be available from noon to five o’clock. However, the signs with the electricity indicators are turned off, and there are no menus displayed on the boards. So, it’s unclear whether the restaurant is actually open or not from the outside. ^^;
Even on business days, there may be times when the restaurant is not open...^^;
First, I tried climbing the stairs of the building. Fortunately, they were empty.
When I said there were six people inside, the young lady at the store was completely surprised. She had been completely unprepared, I guess. w
Since there were only us customers, they arranged for us to be seated at a spacious table.
Lunch menu features basic Korean dishes such as grilled Bibimbap, Porkokki, and Sodubchigae.

Today, I was served prukogi spring green bean stir-fry braised rice with bibimbab.
Well, this is one of the menu items.
It's a dish that combines plov, chapati, and bibimbap in a stone-fired cooking method. But this dish is absolutely delicious!
At night, there are many menu options that pair well with alcohol, such as samgyeopsal. It’s highly recommended.
I really want to go there again tonight.
