● Today, I made the first visit to “Tan-yaki Neragorira” located at 471 Koshimachi-machi, Maibara-shi, Gunma-ken (East Exit of Shin Maebara Station), on December 4, 2024, Tuesday. I called to make a reservation.
● The emergency declaration was lifted on October 1, 2021, Friday. Starting from March 13, 2023, Monday, wearing masks became a matter of personal choice. On December 23, 2023, Saturday, I received my sixth COVID-19 vaccine dose. For safety reasons, I continued to wear masks except during dining hours.
●I entered the restaurant and was directed to a counter seat located at the very back of the building, where I had made a reservation.
●During my visit, there were already 3 customers prior to me, and then, another 30 people came to the restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant features a counter area in the front and table areas on the right side. A soft background music is playing, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
●The staff consisted of two women and two men who handled the business with kindness and care.
●Upon inquiry with the staff, it was found that there are numerous types of Japanese sake not listed in the menu.
●This time, I ordered the recommended Japanese sake "Suzumi no Tottesaki Junmai" (900 yen per 1 kan), which is not listed on the menu. I was granted permission to take photos after confirming this information with the staff.
●この冷酒（福乃友）は、秋田県の日本酒の中でも入手が難しい品種ですが、口当たりが良く、飲みやすく、非常に美味しかったです。

● As a restaurant specializing in skewered dishes, the meat was extremely tender and tasted fantastic.
