This is a delayed post. I stayed at the Hilton Okinawa Seto Resort with my family and stopped by for a meal.
Since I wanted to enjoy the sunset, I made a reservation a little earlier.
The spacious space fully embodied the resort feel.
I enjoyed the blessings of mountains and seas—a grilled T-Bone steak and an Omal eel set for 35,000 yen.
It was perfect for my meat-loving husband and me who love eels!

I could see the meat being grilled in the open kitchen, which really got me excited! The cooking degree of the steak was perfect, and it paired well with red wine.
The Omal eel was also delicious.
Enjoying the sunset at the dessert time!
It became a great memory!
