The Yabuki Tori specialized restaurant "Yabuki Tori Saimere". It's a chain restaurant that has a strong momentum to spread its influence across the country. I visited the Nihiki branch today. It's just a few minutes' walk from the station, and after walking along the Hamaneguchi Street for a short distance, turn right immediately.
The interior is spacious, extending deep into the room. There are counter seats, table seats, and even a private room for special occasions. The staff greet free customers with a calm demeanor, showing a generous spirit as a business. "Is it okay if we have 10 people here now?"

As a 300 yen service charge is required for the "otoshi" (introduction), and the cabbages are served with salt sauce for free, it can be considered a decent price for the salad.
Avocado soy sauce pickled in broth. The avocado is soaked in fermented soy sauce, giving it a flavor reminiscent of fish jerky.
Softly cooked chicken with violet salad. While cabbage is provided as an accompaniment, the salad that requires a fee is indeed delicious. There's plenty of chicken, providing a satisfying meal. The taste is distinct from those found in convenience store versions.
This is a dish featuring garlic-salt dressing and softened scallions. The soft texture of the scallions, combined with the pungent garlic-salt dressing, enhances the taste and stimulates the appetite.
The "King of Rebs" from Speseria. It seems that one whole chicken is used for this dish, so there’s plenty to enjoy. It’s really nice to be able to enjoy a dish of this level for just 300 yen or so. On the other hand, the "1 stone 4 birds!? Big mountain chicken skewers (30cm)" has a good taste, but it’s not easy to eat at once. Since various parts of the chicken are combined together, it becomes difficult to tell what the actual flavor is.
Each part will require a different level of cooking, so it might be better to order one piece at a time. The chicken kabab with homemade tartar and black vinegar is delicious. It's possible to order two pieces at a time, which is a pleasant feature, just like at the Roppongi "Tōsenkaku Tokyo".
〆は「ふんわりつくね」という感じです。柔らかい口当たりの大きな玉です。プレーンと卵黄付きの差額がわずか50円というのは、とても良心的だと思います。
After eating the above dishes and drinking lightly, the total cost was 4,000 yen. Considering both quality and quantity, it’s quite reasonable. There’s also a free-flow menu available, so if you’re a fan of alcohol, this place is definitely a great deal. Additionally, I’m glad that I can visit without having to make any reservations. Even though it takes several years to get a reservation for Yakisoba, it adds a certain sense of excitement. But still, I realized that Yakisoba is something I really want to eat according to my mood on that particular day. That was an interesting night.
