Oyster mushrooms can be enjoyed without getting bored, thanks to the variety of sauces available.
Lemon and ordinary red tabbos. The pichori sauce, which we couldn’t get last time, was especially delicious.
The steamed oysters might be a matter of intuition, but I feel that they were even more delicious than last time.
The umami flavor of the oysters is tightly concentrated during steaming, creating a truly delicious taste. It pairs perfectly with white wine.
The roasted mussels this time had some quite variable sizes. Some pieces were quite large, while others were much smaller. Surprisingly, there were also pieces that were incredibly cute in size when their shells were opened.
However, since it's a buffet restaurant, there are no particular problems.
Next, all that remains is to have expectations.
Oysters fried are so exquisite that it's hard to tell them apart from croquettes. They're simply overflowing with flavor.
Not having extra items like raw vegetables added to the meal is also a significant advantage.
When I used the buffet service at another restaurant, the salmon crostini were served with shredded cabbage. I was told that I would not be allowed to continue the meal unless I finished eating everything related to cabbage. As someone who has a hard time with raw vegetables, this is a sad memory for me.
The garlic rice added from the à la carte menu was served after finishing eating all the oysters, along with red wine.
I was served one glass of sparkling wine, two glasses of white wine, one glass of red wine, and one glass of homemade lemon chèrie.
I ordered a lemon cheero. At first, they said it would be served with soda or rock. But when I asked for the straight version, they happily prepared it for me.
It seems to be homemade, but with a sweet taste, I could sense a subtle bitterness from lemon peel, making it extremely delicious.
Although there is a drawback of having a narrow table space, I think this is an excellent restaurant. It offers delicious food at a good cost-performance ratio, and the service is also excellent.
Thank you for reading until the end.

Additional options added, making it more exciting!
By the time you finish eating the baguettes with drinks and appetizers, a variety of sauces for raw oysters, as well as raw oysters, steamed oysters, grilled oysters, and oyster frites are served one after another!!
All of them are of a size and beauty that definitely cannot be considered à la carte dishes – it's truly spectacular!!
However, after this, I really want to eat it in the order of “raw → steamed → grilled → fried”. But I don’t want to miss even the freshly fried items. So I’m struggling with this dilemma. It would be great if they could bring them over with a slight longer time difference.
I really like oysters, so I ordered plenty of them, and I asked for more.
I tried a wide variety of sauces and tabbies. However, the ones with lemon, regular red tabbies, and truffle sauce were particularly delicious.
This time, due to the shortage of paprika, raspberry sauce was served instead. However, I really love paprika, so I wanted to try the paprika-based sauce as well.
The steam-cooked oysters and grilled oysters came with their shells still closed, making them difficult to open. However, when we applied the trüffel sauce, they became incredibly delicious.
Oysters fried are so impressive that it's hard to tell them apart from croquettes at first sight. They're also extremely filling.
Not having extra items like raw vegetables added to the meal is also a significant advantage.
(In some other restaurants where I enjoyed the oyster buffet, they served fried oysters with shredded cabbage. I was told that I had to finish all the cabbage before I could get another serving. For someone who has trouble with raw vegetables, this is a sad memory.)
I was served three glasses of sparkling wine and one glass of white wine.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the oysters very much. As for the unlimited drinks, the quality was truly satisfying.
I haven't counted how many pieces I ate, but at the end, I received a compliment from the person at the restaurant who saw the pile of shells. They said, "You worked hard!"
