Visit this restaurant for lunch. We were seated at a counter seat, with lush greenery right in front of us. Soft natural light filtered in, creating a tranquil atmosphere filled with dignity. Despite being located in the city center, it feels like you’re away from the hustle and bustle. The anticipation for the food grows naturally. The selection of Japanese sake is outstanding, featuring both classic brands and more unique sake suitable for drinking with meals. The staff’s willingness to suggest drinks that pair well with the dishes is impressive. There’s a charm to this place that makes it hard not to drink while dining.

Overall, the food is highly polished, with each dish showing careful craftsmanship. Among the dishes, the tuna stood out. The balance between its fragrance and tender texture was perfect. Everything about it—texture, aroma, temperature—was outstanding. The waiter showed us live shrimp before boiling them, and served them at just the right moment. Their skill in preparing the ingredients and bringing out their best was evident.

The presentation was beautiful without being flashy. The whole experience had a seamless structure and a quiet sense of excitement. The service was modest but precise, with the perfect distance between the customer and the staff. After the meal, I couldn’t wait to try the evening menu again.
