We visited a quiet place in Sakura, after stepping through the crowded crowd of Sakura!
I went there at 12:30 on a weekday, by booking a private room.
Thanks to the floor heating in the dugout seats, we could enjoy a comfortable and warm atmosphere even on cold days.

The side dishes, appetizers, and bowls featured the flavors of seasonal ingredients, enhancing their rich taste. Since these were often ingredients that I don’t usually eat, it was a pleasure to enjoy such delicious food at this time.
In particular, the liver in the Kombu and sesame miso soup was neither bitter nor astringent; instead, it was sweet and easy to eat. It was a shocking experience as a starter.
The construction and the food can be chosen either individually, but since we came together as a couple, we ordered both to fully enjoy them.
The fresh fish included sashimi of this tuna, pomelo-fried bonito, and herring. The tuna had no noticeable muscle texture; its melting texture and rich flavor were simply outstanding! The herring was crispy and elastic, allowing me to enjoy its sweet taste while enjoying the crispness.
The shaved beef from Tamura is a must for those who enjoy rare meat.
The meat was so red that it seemed as if it hadn’t been cooked at all. I could sense a delicate, elegant fatiness in the meat. The sliced meat was indeed delicious…
The meal itself was delicious, including the rice. However, the Inada udon was perfectly suitable as the last dish of the day. The refreshing taste and soy sauce truly permeated the body, offering a gentle and delightful experience.
The Tanimura beef is grilled right in front of you over a charcoal fire. It was surprising to find that the temperature of the charcoal fire used by those grills was even higher than that of ordinary grilling stations...
The sauces are three types: pon yaki, goma dare, and wasaibee.
Since there are only 45g, I was hesitant about which one to choose to eat (laugh).
Those who have a sagging stomach are advised to enjoy this dish with wasaebi, which will leave them feeling refreshed!
The service from the staff was excellent, making the meal a truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back again.
