Sunday evening. Taking a bored daughter along, I strolled around the vicinity of Fukuoka Station.
The daughter, who had expected to see some sweets, makes a fuss at every café like Café du Jardin and Missod along the way. But she manages to get around it effortlessly. It’s enjoyable to listen to children’s whimsical behavior. (Just listen.)
After 16:30, we arrived at the desired restaurant.
Moved to the new "Suzuwa"
This restaurant was previously located around the intersection near the red line.
At that time, I visited the restaurant once, and it seemed that the atmosphere of the place had changed significantly.
First of all, it has become easier to enter the restaurant. The bright interior that can be seen from the outside is quite nice.
In the old store, it had an atmosphere that seemed difficult to enter upon first sight.
It seems that the service starts at 5:00 PM. However, upon looking outside, I saw that the owner of the restaurant came inside. I would like to express my gratitude for her concern and kindness.
He is a friendly and kind-hearted master who always wears a smile.
Following the atmosphere, I sat down at the counter with my daughter.
The nikiri is shared under the "おまかせ" category. After this, I have dinner at home, so I need to coordinate with my wife without letting her know.
Additionally, there are "handmade shochu" and "Kisei".
The daughter ordered orange juice.
◎自家製しおから
The meat is rich and deliciously spicy with salt. Yes, this is really good.
⚪︎蛍烏賊炙り (サービス)
This also has a rich and delicious soy sauce. Thank you very much.
⚪︎Please guide me.
Toru, Tadahiro, Tamari, Akami, Amami, Ikura, Yun-tan, Toro細巻き
Egg
The basil has just the right softness, which fits well with the ingredients and makes it easy to eat.
The daughter seemed to like it, repeatedly saying “delicious” and “yummy”.
The food was quite satisfying.
⚪︎サーモン
A gift from the chef to his daughter. Thank you very much.
It seemed to be very delicious.
O-wan
A soup made with raw radish. The aroma is very pleasant.
Water Items
It was astonishingly sweet. Shizunoki? Master season?
I should have listened to him.
Fukino-too, there were also seasonal ingredients like taro sprouts. The grilled dishes also looked delicious.
And the homemade shochu is a must-try.
It seems like a more enjoyable experience if you order everything at once. It's better to choose a course meal when you have time.
A convenient restaurant that can be used with family and colleagues in any situation.
I will continue to enjoy this meal again. It was a treat indeed.
