\(^o^)/
Arrived within a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station. Surprisingly quick. Located on the 3rd floor of Building 39. It’s still just one year since it opened, so the interior is relatively new.
All are semi-private rooms
We were guided to a private room, reminiscent of a VIP suite. Wow!
The menu is handwritten. It seems that every time, the names of the guests are also included in it. That's really nice!
First, let's toast with Oolong tea ♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪
The classic Ecbo salad costs 968 yen. The dressing itself is also delicious!
Speaking of Yakisobō-san... their famous raw tuna is the star dish at this restaurant!
Are ordinary ton products actually frozen? The food here is fresh, just that fresh! It's as fresh as it comes.
This dish is prepared using low-temperature cooking techniques, with egg yolks added as toppings. This presentation is really impressive! Please check the video by clicking on the Instagram post for more details.
Today is not my birthday, but I really wanted to try this, the rumored Otankeyaki that costs 11,000 yen.
March is the season for send-off parties, so whenever orders come in, they are all decorated with Happy Birthday decorations (laughs).
Tension MAXに達するわ〜!本当に美しい肉のケーキですね!
Even with fireworks added, it looked absolutely stunning! Kyaoo kyaoo kyaoo〜! ☆*:.。.o(≧▽≦)o.。.:*☆
The cold noodles were also eaten up to the amount that could be consumed completely. It was just the right amount.
Such a table setting.
Let's cook them up quickly!
Please enjoy plenty of roasted vegetables to stay healthy!
The meat is made from domestic black Wagyu beef, so it's very tender and incredibly delicious! Amazing, amazing, AMAZING!
Everything was absolutely delicious, I ate my fill and was completely satisfied! But the dessert was just another story ❤️
Shaved ice with tangerine compote. This was absolutely fantastic. I ate so much of it that I felt completely refreshed and the taste was delicious.
So, let's do that. I'll list all the menus here at once.
The drink menu is over here.
Why did I go all the way to Hamamatsu just to have roast meat?
Actually, in my hometown, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, there’s a second branch of the Yakyu Ekbo restaurant opened. It was absolutely delicious, so I really wanted to visit this main branch someday.
I happened to have the opportunity to visit Hamamatsu at just the right time. Instead of trying new restaurants, I had always wanted to visit the main store in the past. Also, I really wanted to try the otanke-kaki that I couldn’t enjoy at the restaurant in Tsu City. So, I decided to go there immediately.
The service attitude was also extremely kind and excellent! If you're unsure where to have dinner in Hamamatsu, be sure to visit Yakisuke Ekbo! It's really a great place to eat!
