Monday ended at 14:00. I parked my beloved Husler at the Baro Banza store and waited until 16:00. I walked to the Enkou Banza store, which is only a 10-minute walk away. I ordered three cups of Whisky Highball from the Happy Hour menu, priced at 88 yen each. I also ordered Salt Tandoori at 306 yen, Miso Tandoori at 306 yen, and Harami at 580 yen. The Whisky Highball was refreshing and very pleasant to drink! The Salt Tandoori was cooked well; the marinade included fresh garlic and chili peppers, making it extremely delicious! The Harami was tender and delicious. The Miso Tandoori was fragrant with Nagoya rice, and it complemented the Whisky Highball perfectly. The total cost came to 1841 yen.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Monday, the end of work is at 14:00. I parked my car, the Husqvarna, at the Bloor Supermarket in Tanba. The Happy Hour at Nefu Tanba lasts from 16:00 to 18:00, and the Hail Fuel is only 88 yen – that’s absolutely cheap. If it were 1000 yen, I would definitely enjoy it a lot more.
I ordered lemon highball for 88 yen, 4 cups = 352 yen. Miso tonchan for 308 yen, and harami suji (beef tendon) for 418 yen.
The climate has completely turned autumn-like, and it's become a bit chilly.
I came here by walking from Baro Tanada store. My body feels hot and uncomfortable. For now, the lemon highball for 88 yen is perfect—it cools down quickly and tastes great! The famous miso tonchan for 308 yen is also delicious. It’s baked until golden brown with plenty of chili sauce. Oh my goodness, the lemon highball really hits the spot. Then there’s the hara-mi suji (beef strips) for 418 yen. It’s also baked to the right degree. A little burnt is just the right amount for eating. It’s best to soak it in garlic tare thoroughly. Oh my goodness, it’s soft and delicious! This was a reward for working hard at the gym for a week. After that, I drank two cups of the lemon highball for 88 yen each. In total, I drank four cups, which cost 1078 yen. But unexpectedly, it turned out to be only 880 yen—that’s unbelievable!
Thank you for your hospitality. Now, this weekend, on the 28th and 29th, the 9th Hanmadeyama Festival will be held again after a 6-year hiatus. Signs indicating traffic restrictions have been placed, marking the beginning of the festival.

Monday's work ends at 14:00. After finishing work, I parked my car, the Husler, and walked to Naikebata-den. At Naikebata-den, during the Happy Hour from 16:00 to 18:00, Happy Hora offers Hi-Boohu with shochu Hi-Boohu for an astonishingly low price of 88 yen!
Happy Hourでハイボールは88円✖️2=176円です。
Garlic salt and tandoori chicken, 308 yen.
Harami Sose (Beef Sose) Tare: 418 yen.
レモンハイボール 88円 ✖️ 2=176円。
Total cost of 968 yen—an astonishingly low price!
The good thing about the Namiki restaurant is that there is no tip required.
Hai-bou-ru 88 yen – This is a very affordable option for those with a tight budget.
The garlic salt tonchan is a classic ingredient for grilling. It is usually grilled well and then served with sauce. The high-quality meat is being prepared.
Harami suji is a rare ingredient, yet it has a crispy texture and a soft taste that makes it delicious. Through my successful diet, I have become younger in appearance. Often, people like the staff at Actus or Intra call me "hepcoboy," referring to me as being in my 40s. If I were in my 40s, I would be considered an unkempt middle-aged man. But my actual age is 61! Truly, I’m an unkempt old man. Still, I keep trying hard to maintain my youth by working hard at sports club workouts and attending lunch parties with young women. I’ll keep striving to stay youthful forever.
I really wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal in the afternoon after a long time. So, I parked my car, the Husler, in the parking lot of Baro Handa store and walked over to the store. Baro Handa opens at 16:00 and has a happy hour from 18:00 until 18:30. During this time, alcoholic beverages except sparkling beer are available for only 88 yen, which is cheaper than those in convenience stores. So, I ordered a Happy Bowl for 88 yen, the famous Miso Tontchan for 308 yen, and Ochihazura Hamari Tare for 418 yen! It's been extremely hot all day today. The Happy Bowl was cool and refreshing, making it very enjoyable to drink. I carefully cooked the Miso Tontchan and sprinkled it with chili sauce. Ah, indeed! For people from Nagoya, the Miso Tontchan has always been a beloved dish with a familiar taste. The Tontchan has a crispy texture, which pairs perfectly with the Miso sauce. Ochihazura Hamari Tare for 418 yen has an incredibly crisp texture that really stimulates the appetite and helps to get drunk while drinking alcohol.
Drinks can be refilled for lemon highball and sugar-free red tea highball.
Just before starting my workout at the sports club, I can only consume up to three drinks. The amount of alcohol involved is also relatively small; it's within 1,000 yen.
Totaling 990 yen.
Thank you for your hospitality.

From the long drive to高山まで, we returned to半田店 at 15:30. We parked the car atバロー半田店 and walked over to煙力半田店. From 16:00 to 18:00, it's theハッピーアワー period. During this time, all beer exceptハイボール is priced at 88円. So, what did we order? During theハッピーアワー period, we ordered 3 cups ofハイボール for 88円 each, along withニンニク塩とんちゃん for 308円 andハラミすじタレ for 308円. Theハッピーアワー period is really a blessing for our wallets. Another great feature of煙力半田店 is that there's no charge for drinks (noチャージ). Theハイボール is extremely cold and has a strong taste, making it very refreshing and delicious! We also orderedニンニク塩とんちゃん for 308円 andハラミ筋タレ for 308円. In the end, we added another 2 cups ofハイボール. The total cost was 1672円.
Well, on Tuesday around 4 or 5 p.m., I parked my car at Baro Banza store and walked there. After a long time, I finally got to enjoy some senebeiro here. For the first half of the day, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the happy hour price was 88 yen for a hiboru! As appetizers, I chose garlic salt tonchan for 308 yen✖️2, and miso tonchan for 308 yen✖️2. Additionally, I ordered haramisujima for 308 yen. The hiboru was spicy but refreshing, making it very enjoyable to drink. It matched well with the tonchan. The tonchan had a crispy texture and was soft, melting in the mouth while being chewed. Since it was so delicious, I ordered more. The haramisujima was lightly grilled before serving. It was soft and delicious. The edamame for 308 yen was excellent for taste. For the final dish, I ordered teir ramen for 638 yen. Teir ramen is a variation of ramen made with beef tail soup and Chinese noodles. The beef tail soup had a strong beef flavor, making it rich and delicious. The noodles were thin, and the cooking level was perfect, allowing them to blend well with the soup. Although it was a mini-sized portion, it was enough for me to drink after the meal.
Eaten items are as follows:
ハイボール88円✖️5
Garlic Salt Tandoori Chicken 308円 ✖️3
Miso Tontchan 308円 ✖️2
Edamame: 308 yen
Terama-Ramen 638円
Total: 4334 yen.

Tuesday evening, I walked over to the Yakinouji restaurant. It was open until 18:00 during the Happy Hour, and Hibōru and sauerkraut were available for 88 yen, which was quite affordable. For starters, I ordered Lemon Hibōru for 88 yen, along with Miso Tonchan for 308 yen. While eating the Miso Tonchan over a grill, the Lemon Hibōru was absolutely delicious! For my second drink, I chose a wheat-brewed sake Hibōru for 88 yen. Unfortunately, the harami beef was out of stock, so the total cost came to 484 yen. I was able to enjoy the meal within 500 yen.
So, tonight we’re offering a budget-friendly night bus tour to Tokyo. The departure time of the night bus is 23:30. If you can arrive at Nagoya Station by 23:00, you’ll have enough time to make the most of your evening. From JR Hamada Station, it’s just about a 7-minute walk to the Hamada Canal. We’re at the Yanaka Yanaka Store. The Yanaka Yanaka Store is open from 16:00 to 18:00, and their high-quality drinks are extremely cheap—88 yen per serving! For starters, we ordered 2 cups of Yanaka High-Boiler drink for 88 yen each, and 2 cups of wheat High-Boiler drink for 88 yen each. In the afternoon, we had sugar-free High-88 tea for 88 yen, along with Miso Donchang for 308 yen, Garlic Salt Donchang for 308 yen, and Harami Sose Tare for 308 yen. That’s a total of 1364 yen. The Happy Hour is really affordable and delicious.
Thank you for your hospitality.

A week really passes by quickly! The more years I go through, the faster time seems to move. Well, today is Monday—my weekend! I worked hard all week. I went to the Shinguo Cycling Stadium at 2 PM to buy tickets for the G1 races. After that, I had a regular check-up for my chronic illness. Then I took the train to JR Handa Station. From there, I walked to the Yanaka Handa store. This store has a happy hour from 4 PM to 6 PM, where you can get Hi-Ball for just 88 yen—so incredibly cheap! During the happy hour, I bought Yanaka Lemon Hi-Ball for 495 yen, which is 88 yen per drink × 2 drinks = 176 yen. I also ordered Miso Tontchyan for 306 yen, and Kamisan Tare Karbi for 638 yen. Finally, I got Makita Shochu Hi-Ball for 88 yen, which is 3 drinks × 264 yen = 792 yen. In short, the Miso Tontchyan and Kamisan Tare Karbi were delicious. The alcohol during the happy hour really helped me get drunk. Total cost: 1386 yen. Today, I won 1730 yen in prizes by winning a 3-race series at the Shinguo Cycling Stadium’s G1 races. I bought tickets for 200 yen and ended up with 3460 yen in prizes. I’ll try hard again tomorrow.
Well, continuing from last week, on Monday afternoon, I was free! I took the train to JR Handa Station. It’s located about 7 minutes walk from the station, near the Handa Canal. I went to Yankeiji Handa. At Yankeiji, there was a drink with a “H” symbol on it, which was available from 16:00 to 18:00. It was surprisingly cheap—88 yen! For starters, I ordered Yankeiji Lemon Highball for 495 yen, and since it was during Happy Hour, the price dropped to 88 yen. As appetizers, I ordered the famous Miso Tontchyan for 306 yen, and also Onion Salt Tontchyan for 306 yen. For my second drink, I ordered another Yankeiji Lemon Highball for 88 yen. It was cool and refreshing, and very delicious!
Miso Tontchyan has a crispy texture, and its sweet-and-spicy miso sauce is absolutely delicious. When paired with garlic and salt, the taste is even more outstanding, with a truly delightful crispy texture. For my third drink, I chose the wheat high-proof beer for 88 yen. It was also refreshing and delicious. Next, I ordered the sweet-and-spicy kareeb for 642 yen. My fourth drink of the afternoon was the afternoon tea without sugar, high-proof beer for 88 yen. This beverage had a refreshing taste. The sweet-and-spicy kareeb was soft and juicy, making it extremely delicious. After drinking and eating everything, the total cost amounted to 1606 yen.
Thank you for your generous hospitality!

This restaurant is located a short walk from the Tanba Station, near the Tanba Canal. We came to the Yanekuri Tanba branch during Happy Hour. The store is open from 16:00 to 18:00, and alcoholic beverages are available at a very affordable price—88 yen per drink after tax. I ordered Yanekuri Lemon Highball for 450 yen, which was a great deal during Happy Hour. I also ordered Miso Tonchan for 306 yen, along with Garlic Salt Tonchan for 306 yen. First, the Yanekuri Lemon Highball arrived. It was cool and refreshing, and it tasted great. The Miso Tonchan was prepared by soaking the tonchan in a soy sauce mixture beforehand. It was lightly grilled with red chili flakes, and the soy sauce mixture had a sweet taste that suited my preferences. The tonchan had a crispy texture and tasted delicious. Next, I ordered the Garlic Salt Tonchan for 306 yen. It was also lightly grilled, with plenty of garlic added. The garlic gave a strong flavor, and it was incredibly tasty. Since it was the end of the month and my wallet was feeling tight, I decided to stop here. But with no tax, 880 yen was an incredibly affordable price.
I would like to visit again in the future.
