All the dishes were delicious, but the foie gras omelette was truly outstanding.
It's a combination of a soft and creamy texture. The outer part is well-seared, creating a striking contrast that is truly enjoyable. It's understandable why everyone loves it so much.
The white veal meat mousse is slightly sweet, thanks to the influence of alcohol.
The penne with shiitake mushrooms is very meaty, offering a great appetite. It really enhances the flavor of the wine.

There are a wide variety of bottles available, and when you express your preferences, they will bring 3 to 5 bottles and explain them carefully.
The price range is around 5,000 to 8,000 yen, which is quite reasonable.
The food is also inexpensive, and the pricing is beyond what one would expect for Ginza.
