After the internal meeting ended, we went straight to "Ninja House Hitachi Store" as a way to relieve the heat^_^
Although the pandemic has ended and life is returning to normal, the impact of high prices cannot be ignored. There are quite a few customers in the store, but their number is about 50% lower compared to other weekends.
Being guided to my seat, we immediately took a toast with fresh beer!
1. Cold-Made Plum Sauce with Longyuba (682 yen)
It’s a classic menu that appears in the course menu. But it was ordered as a single item at the request of a member. The crispy texture of the sweet potato is great when eaten cold, and the plum sauce really enhances its taste. It’s perfect for pairing with alcohol! Honestly, I really want to eat it with cold sake, but I get drunk too quickly…(^^;)
2. Spotted Cheese Potato Fries (649 yen)
From a pot-like vessel, the potato frites is served in an overflowing manner, wrapped in cheese sauce—a dish filled with a sense of guilt.

Internal fat doesn't need to be a concern; people tend to remove it without hesitation.
3. 串焼き六種盛り合わせ (1529円)
I ordered soy sauce for the tofu separately, but the other members ate it quickly. I barely got to enjoy the soy sauce made with radish. It had a crispy texture, and the slightly spicy flavor of soy sauce added an interesting touch. It was really delicious! (^ ^)
Additionally, we ordered two servings of "Wagyu Motsu Potato Stew (1529 yen)". At the end of the meal, we added plain noodles and ate them together. It was absolutely delicious!
Compared to udon, this dish is wrapped in a rich soup and slides in smoothly.
Indeed, a drinking party with like-minded friends is perfect—you don’t have to worry about small matters, you can have fun with trivial conversations, and it’s simply amazing.‼️

At the end of the year, there were many farewell events. I came to "Ninja House" on a two-day period. When I left yesterday, I said, "I'll come back tomorrow!" I hope you remember me... (^_^;)
Today, the host booked a set meal for us, so the dishes were served in the following order. It would have been nice if they could swap the fried chicken and mountain firewood dishes, and also slow down the serving pace a bit more (^ω^).
1. 시저 샐러드
Although it doesn't seem like serving cheese as part of the main menu, I received it along with a drink for the sake of a toast.
2. 신선한 생선(サーモン)의 칼パッチョ
Sliced salmon calamari. The acidity is mild, and I think the freshness of the salmon was excellent♫
3. 長芋の冷製 梅ソース
Sliced long yams are lightly roasted and cooled. They are served with plum sauce. It's refreshing and delicious. (It feels like I ate it yesterday...(^^;)
4. Aged Pork Stewed by Mountain Herdsman
The pork cutlet marinated in miso is quite thick, making it a satisfying choice for eating. The miso isn’t too heavy, and it’s perfect for pairing with white rice.
5. 오늘의 구운 생선
It has a taste reminiscent of scallops, but the meat is soft. Even the skin can be eaten directly without any problems. It’s accompanied by ginger, which was a great addition after the pork dishes. (o^^o)
6. Chicken Fried Downshawns + Potato Fries + Shrimp Rolls
“Almost halfway through the meal, at around 7 minutes, this is it! It feels like the heavy chicken portion has been served right now.” (o_o)
Eating it with mayonnaise makes it delicious, but it's quite heavy...
7. 五目ご飯
It's delicious, but maybe it was a bit too soft? The taste is light and refreshing, which I think is good (^^)
8. 오늘의 디저트
It looks like a dish similar to "Yukimiyufuku," but it comes with chocolate and whipped cream. It's nice when there is tea or coffee available at the end (^^;;
There are two types of menu options for the all-you-can-eat service: a budget-friendly option and a premium option. The types of beer, high-ball whiskeys, and other beverages vary as well. Since the upper manager prefers anything that gets them drunk, we chose a more affordable option.

Today was a farewell party for a colleague from the company. The venue for the event was “Ninja House, Hitachi Store”, which I had used several times before. By 6 p.m., we were already seated at the tables. It was a long time since I last visited here, so the menu seemed to have been updated slightly, and the variety of dishes seemed to have decreased a bit (^^;).
First, I ordered a raw beer. The dishes I ordered in succession are as follows.
1. Longyum's Plum Sauce
Sliced long yams were lightly roasted on the surface
It feels refreshing, as it's a dish served in a cold state with plum sauce. The plum sauce is very refreshing, and the flavor of the plum isn't too strong, making it extremely easy to eat (^^)
2. 시저 샐러드
シーザーサラダが運ばれてくる間、店員さんが目の前でパルメザンチーズを細かく刻いてくれます。冗談半分で店員さんに「黙っていると、ずっと続けてくれるの?」と聞いたところ、「ある程度は…。」という答えが返ってきました。
Please, when asking for services, please do so in a manner that is morally acceptable.
3. Chicken Fried Dippers
Chicken fried rice, just as it is! The distinctive feature was that the skin part was crispy. It came with mayonnaise, so it's convenient to change the taste according to your preference. That's a great advantage♫
4. Spotted Cheese Potato Fries
The potato fries are served with cheese sauce. During the drinking party, what is that pot in the upper right corner? There were two options discussed throughout the discussion: either it was just a decorative item, or it was used to hold the potato fries for exclusive use by one person ^_^
In addition to the above, I ordered a few other dishes. The yuba tempura and the hormone-flavored salted fried chicken were also very delicious.
