Hearing the reviews of our gourmet companions, we booked a lunch menu and visited their restaurant.
About 15 minutes walk from the station, in a quiet residential area with few shops around, this Western-style building stands out.
A facade with a white color scheme, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of an Italian street corner.
The lunch courses start at 12 o’clock.
Just before the opening time, the chef appears from his home and shop.
Provided the reservation information, I went to the counter seat with the kitchen right in front of me.
There are 6 seats at the counter.
There is one table for two people, as well as outdoor seating available.
That day, there were only two groups for lunch.
While engaging in conversation with the chef, one can enjoy the meal leisurely.

A cost-performance ratio that you would rarely find in Tokyo.
The area around Kawasaki Station is filled with chain restaurants and large establishments, so it's easy to visit these places in Tokyo. But if there were a restaurant like this here, I wouldn't need to go to Tokyo at all.
最初は寡黙な印象のシェフも、話してみるととても気さくでユーモアが溢れていました。
It's a short walk from the station, but it's worth it for the extra value it offers.
Next time, I really hope to experience a special dinner as well.
