Why was I drawn to this place...? I was curious about it, so I visited during Christmas.

I thought it might still be unknown, but the restaurant was fully booked for the Christmas season.
This day started with irregular hours, so it can be inferred that the cooking staff must have had a lot of trouble.
I would like to visit again when I feel more at ease.

After returning to Japan, he served as the department head at the Ginza "BVLGARI Il Ristorante Luca Fantin." In October 2021, he opened "RISPETTO" in Yokohama's Toba district.
