We visited for lunch on a weekday.
The location is on the 3rd floor of the New Pia Takeyoshi Suastower, just 2 minutes' walk from the Yurikamo Takeyoshi Station.
I arrived at 11:50. I believe there are over 60 tables available for seating. As soon as I entered, I saw a sign in front saying, "Staff is handling matters individually inside the restaurant."
It would be very difficult for one person to navigate this spacious interior alone.
We were guided to a two-person table and ordered the "Miyazaki Oimono Pork Cutlet Cuts Set" for 1,150 yen.
On the table, there are tonkatsu sauce, pickles, ponjó, salt, and ground mustard.
First, please bring the five grains of rice and Srikoma that are placed in the hat. Also, grind sesame seeds and pour TONKATSU Sauce over them.
Up to the moment of serving the tonkatsu, we have prepared sesame paste.
約7分後に、「宮崎おいも豚ロースカツ膳」が配膳されました。
The rice, cabbage, and miso soup can be refilled as requested.
Immediately, Miyazaki Oimono served the pork cutlet with a sauce containing sorghum.
Since the batter for the cutlets is thin, the meat has a rich and delicious texture. It's unfortunate that the thin batter made it easier to peel off, but the fish was cooked just right, making it delicious.
“宮崎おいも豚”は、初めていただきましたが、癖がなくてとても美味しい豚肉でしたね。
The second piece was served with salt on the table.
The flavor of the fried oil contains butter, which brings out the delicious taste of the katsu. When the colmo is thick, it can be a bit persistent, but it just works well.
Next, we served the granular mustard and tonkatsu sauce on the table.
It's not ground black pepper, but rather whole mustard seeds. Therefore, the spiciness is controlled, making it a delicious choice.
The miso soup consists of nameto, tofu, and wakame. It uses a miso that resembles red miso, and it tastes delicious.
The pickled cucumbers are delicious, and with this, it seems like I could eat several bowls of rice.
Thank you for your hospitality.
