I ordered two types of dishes for meals.

Depending on the restaurant, the hitsumibushi can be delicious.
I have a restaurant that I think offers Una Shojō (うな重) in a delicious way.
(I think it's a matter of preference.)
Both are swordfish with rich fat content
The Unna Shojū was also delicious.
Hitsumibushi seems to be crisper in taste, which is a matter of personal preference.
At this restaurant, we prefer hitsumabushi.
