Currently, I have visited this place several times, but it wasn’t the right time for me… This is my first visit today (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
It seems that many people prefer to order food takeout. However, the interior of this restaurant is bright and has a stylish atmosphere. ✧Д✧ カッ!!
The counter seats also have plenty of space, so even if you are dining alone, you can enter with ease. (; ・`д・´)
▪️うなぎ丼特上2尾 8000円
▪️うなぎ丼松 1.5尾 6300円
▪️うまき 1200円
▪️Liver Roasted (Salt & Sauce) 1500 yen
While drinking beer and highballs, I ate umakiki and liver roast (; ・`д・´).
Umaki is indeed a must-try dish, and it goes well with kintsuké and alcohol. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
And then... with the cunning spirit of an Instagrammer, I thought, "Let's try making liver yakinoyaki..." So I saved the liver and ate it instead. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
Ungagi Don comes with pickles, a soup, and egg yolks. (; ・`д・´)
The surface is crisply baked, while the meat retains a plump texture. It truly embodies the essence of Aichi-style grilled food, with a delicious taste that stands out. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
There is a large eel that weighs 1.5 tails, and even more extraordinary is that half of it is sandwiched between the rice (๑‾᷆д‾᷇๑)キリッ✧
The cooking method is also quite good, but the quality of the eel is indeed high… I asked the owner, and he said that they use only eels that are well-flavored, large in size, and have a rich fat content. (✧Д✧) カッ!!
And... upon closer inspection, there are courses exclusive to Yeklog. The medicated eel pot set menu really attracts my attention! (; ・`д・´)
Next time, I really want to try this! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧Thank you very much for the delicious meal!
