This is our second visit.
When I visited here before, the atmosphere was really nice, and I thought it seemed like a place my aunt would enjoy. So, this time, I brought my aunt along.
Since the restaurant was fully booked, I filled out the form and then waited in the 'Eat-in Cafespace “Kaorium”'.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, we were guided to the table. Our order was soft cream desserts in the style of afogado, specifically "matcha" and "hoji cha".
The hōjicha I received has a perfect combination of vanilla soft cream and rich hōjicha, which is really appealing.
From below the cup, something that seemed to be oolong tea with chocolate appeared. It was crispy and delicious.
My aunt’s matcha was also said to be delicious.
At the time of payment, I said, "Please wait for a moment. I'm sorry. This menu allows us to eat in the restroom there as well."
And you said that, but when I replied, "I really wanted to sit at this table, so it's fine,"
“您之前也来过这里吧?”他们这样说道。大约一个月前我来过这里,他们真的还记得吗?这让我感到惊讶,但同时也让我感到很高兴。
Thank you for the hospitality.

Since I was able to get some free time on weekdays, I decided to visit this restaurant that I had been curious about. Since Sunday is the day off for this place, I couldn't actually go there until now. So, I decided to go with my husband.
The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in.
The building has a truly unique atmosphere and is beautiful. It was listed as an "Important Scenic Building" in Yoshi City.
The café space was almost completely full, with very few seats left. There was only one group waiting, so during the wait time, you can choose to wait in a free area called “Caurium”. Alternatively, you can take a look around the garden or other areas while waiting for your turn.
Unfortunately, the "Mori Han Special Sunday" was sold out. Therefore, I ordered a matcha mousse cake, a matcha ganache chocolate cake, hot coffee, and Japanese red tea.
While waiting for the food to be served… since I was seated at a counter, I could see the kitchen right in front of me. It was so obvious that I couldn’t help but laugh at the frenzied activity of the staff. The kitchen seemed to be connected to the neighboring pastry workshop. Several staff members were busy talking to each other as they moved back and forth.
In that time, they greeted me twice with "Please wait a little longer, thank you." While thinking that they must be really busy, I...
I remember how the relatives of my aunt gathered together in the kitchen during the funeral ceremony, bustling around non-stop. It really made me laugh. (Sorry, I had to laugh.)
Both the matcha mousse cake and the matcha ganache chocolate cake were extremely rich in flavor, and absolutely delicious.
Adding coffee or Japanese green tea for an additional 220 yen seems reasonable. However, the Japanese green tea was a bit weak in flavor and had a weak aroma...
I would like to try other menu items as well, so I plan to visit again with my daughter next time.
Thank you for your hospitality.
