Hibiya Obiteri Lunch: I visited during the regular lunchtime on a weekday. Even if I hadn't made a reservation, it was still possible to enter the restaurant without any issues.
We ordered three people’s meals for the restaurant: 'Yakitori Traji EN - Menu (Tan salt, Karubi, Harami, Rōsu)', 'Yakitori Shyakipibinpa', and 'Fire's Jan Mee. Individually, we ordered 'Karubi' and 'Rōsu'.
I didn’t have much time, so I’m sorry for not being able to take photos during the middle of the visit.
This is a special offer for weekdays: "Yakitori TRAJI EN - Menu (Ton salt, karubi, harami, lohshi). It was absolutely a great deal!
This salad features a richly flavored onion dressing based on soy sauce, along with kimchi and plenty of vegetables.
The egg soup has a gentle flavor, and it's delightful to serve cold tea in large cups.
The meats available include ton salt, karubi, harami, and ross—all classic cuts. Among them, the harami that breaks apart into pieces is particularly outstanding.
We also received "Firey Jan Meehan" and "Grilled Kobe Beef with Yaki Pibinpa", each of which was served in small portions.
“炎のジャン麺”は、思い出以上にマイルドで辛さが控えめなので、弱った私でも美味しく食べることができました。
“焼肉石焼ピビンパ”は、兄と私が混ぜるのを争っていたせいで、少し湿気を帯びてしまった…。
Once, that junior guy was a genius at mixing stone-baked pibipi. But his skills couldn’t even reach the level of that famous restaurant.
Many delicious memories. Thank you very much.
I will come back to eat rice again.
