The eggs prepared on the iron plates inside the restaurant have a fluffy texture. The texture of the agar-agar inside makes it delicious, and the rich umami of the thick egg custard is truly remarkable.

I often hear the name of this restaurant on SNS, and I've been really interested in this place for a long time.
I had plans to dine in Shibuya area, so I brought three people along to try it out.
The interior of the restaurant is divided into four large tables, each with a cooking area and seating areas. This unique layout allows for casual dining experiences.
The menu consists of three signature dishes as fixed items, while there is also a high degree of flexibility to choose four items from the main menu.
The famous "Yakimono" is a must-order dish in this restaurant. It's a delicately fried egg served on a metal plate, combined with rich Oyster Sauce and mussels—a truly ingenious and delicious dish.
Personally, my favorite was the mapo tofu, which featured a strong flavor of mountain pepper, truly embodying the Sichuan style.
By using the kadafu used in French cuisine, a crispy texture was created, allowing us to enjoy a well-defined taste and texture. It was truly an impressive dish.
The variety of free drinks is also extremely rich, making it a restaurant with a high overall satisfaction level.
I would like to visit again in the near future.
