July 29th (Tuesday), the third day of our trip to Hokkaido with my family,

"生のホッケフライ" ！！！
As ingredients, the fast "hoke" is from our local area.
In Nagoya, there are only dried foods. (They are also delicious, though....)
At first, I had no idea where I could find something to eat.
But, I finally found this restaurant on Instagram.
"呑み処 柳" さんです。
Stepping through the red gate on the 4th floor of Tsumugi Building,
The interior of the restaurant features a layout with a counter with a few seats and two tables for four people.
During the continuous operation from 11:30 to 25:00,
From the opening until 14:00, it operates as a lunch time service.

The "grilled chicken meal" that we receive is

With a price of 800 yen including tax, the large and thick "hokke" is...
The fat adheres well, and the meat is fluffy.
The crispy coating complements the dish perfectly ♡♡
Additionally, on the plates were types of mayonnaise that were quite light in flavor.
On another plate, there are tartar sauce and a sauce that is sweet and flavorful.
Also, this is the freshly fried "Hokke Fried Chicken".

On the side, there are plenty of shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, and tomato salad.
The dressing can be chosen from three types: sesame dressing, wakame dressing, and Japanese-style dressing.

The rice was a quite large portion, and it was perfect for me, who loves to eat a lot. It really hit the spot!!
This restaurant offers delicious food throughout the year.
It is said that they serve "Hoke Fly".
There was also a single item called "Grilled Live Crab" which was very appealing.
A set meal that allows you to experience Hokkaido while enjoying a Bolly Meal.
I alone (laugh!) received two bottles of bottle beer, priced at 900 yen each.
It's a pity that I couldn't eat anything because I had an extremely full stomach. (Tears!)
In the land of “Susuki no”, a wonderful day has arrived where my long-cherished dream came true ♡♡♡
