The main fried tofu is served with side dishes such as lettuce leaves.
And in the small bowls: stewed wakame, aromatic dishes, soy sauce soup, rice, and salad dressing made with sesame oil.
There are 5 fried dragons. One piece, one piece is quite large.
There are also fried tofu dishes from Shishin.
The batter for the fried dragonfish is uniformly colored brown.
The flavor of ginger and soy sauce is strongly present, and the dough is crispy and fresh.
The meat is also tender, and the combination of rice and food creates a delicious taste.
The salad leaves are abundant, which is a good thing. The sesame dressing has a smooth taste.
For kombu stew, ingredients include carrots, soybeans, etc. The taste is mild and pleasant.
The rice is cooked to your liking, and it tastes delicious.
In a set meal, if the rice doesn't meet expectations, I get quite disappointed.
The miso soup contains wakame and mizuna. The ingredients are quite ordinary, but...
The flavor of the broth is excellent.
The items with fragrance include cucumber pickles and radish pickles.
The dishes with fragrance were also delicious.
The main dish is delicious, and both the taste and the atmosphere are excellent.
Since it's a one-item menu, there may be some variations from time to time.
