May Weekend
The night breeze is refreshing.
Local renowned hormone grill restaurant, Neverland
It seems that the management will change in June.
It seems that someone who had been standing at the storefront all along became the owner of the restaurant!
This makes it hard to not want to support them.
This recommended dish is, above all, tomato paste stew.
Fresh Tomato and Onion Slaw for a refreshing start
The meat was juicy and smooth, which was served on garlic bread.
Shirokoro is also good. The small intestines are soft and have a slightly sweet and spicy flavor.
At this restaurant, all dishes are cooked by the staff themselves.
I'm not sure what the best way is to cook hormones by myself.
This is a restaurant that always maintains a stable process of marinating the food. It's the Juwa Pli.
The teal chojang, which is lightly flavored with yuzu pepper and poncha sauce, is also very delicious.
A simple beef dish that allows the beef fibers to be felt comfortably.
Kimchi with lightly seasoned cabbage. Shakkim is also a good option.
Tender and slightly spicy
Kalbī, ton, pork loin, harami, kashira, etc. Each person ate according to their preference, and then enjoyed the high-ball drink.
Drink up...
It's enjoyable to enjoy here. In the upcoming seasons, the terrace seats will also be great.
Behind this restaurant, there’s also a “back” Neighborhood where you can cook your own meals.
This is also good.
Let me trouble you again!

A delicious organ meat grill restaurant near my home. Visited for the first time in over a month on the last Saturday of September.
The menu had changed slightly.
Evening in Tokoyoko Ginza, cool and full of autumn charm. It's a lively place with a great atmosphere! This restaurant is also fully booked, with people of all ages and genders enjoying their meals.
The pork tenderloin and hamachi sliced are prepared through low-temperature cooking, resulting in a pink color instead of being raw. Sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and wasaebi are provided as additional ingredients. There is an abundance of radish pieces served alongside the dish, allowing for a refreshing meal.
The bird's gizzard is also lightly cooked over a flame, with plenty of green onions and shiitake mushrooms added. Dipped in sesame oil and salt for presentation.
牛シマチョウ。濃厚なタレを使い、最適な状態で焼かれて提供される。玉ねぎやパプリカも一緒に添えられている。
The alcohol is a high-ball.
It was my second restaurant visit, so I gave it a light rating. Today too, the food was delicious. Thank you very much!

It's always lively here. When you pass by, you can smell the delicious aroma of the hormone-burning food.
It's lively, and because the entrance is spacious, it's easy to get into.
The occasional relaxed atmosphere that some of the customers create during their meals is something I find quite fitting for this local place.
This restaurant is located about 10 minutes walk from the Tooekei Ginza shopping street, towards the east (Oi-cho) from Tooekei Station.
This area, unlike the station area, has less foot traffic. However, there are restaurants specializing in oshibori-yaki (grilled meat dishes), stews, soba noodles, salted meat dishes, and cookies.
There are various restaurants that create a sense of intimacy. It seems that people choose this place for such reasons. It’s very close to my home, so I visit here from time to time.
I want to eat something delicious. Yeah, we have Neverland right here.
And immediately call to see if we can get a seat. When we do, our excitement soars.
Such a restaurant.
The price is also reasonable, with hormones priced around 400 yen or so. The taste is good, and they cook it properly.
It's good that the food is beautifully arranged together with chopped fresh vegetables at the right stage of ripeness, and then served out.
Even if you are a fan of organ meats, it is difficult to cook them properly when they have different thicknesses and textures. It truly requires the skills of a skilled chef.
Fresh vegetables consist of thinly sliced peppers and onions. They complement the rich flavors of the seafood very well.
It has a refreshing feel.
In addition, there are kimchi shakkim that resemble salads, and beef tendons cooked with tomato sauce and cheese.
I will serve it alongside garlic butter, placed on baguettes for consumption. I’ll add a little variation to the presentation.
These are poured into the stomach using high-blow technology.
A taste that occasionally makes one want to eat it.
