This is a powerful crab specialty store that prepares live tarakashi crabs right in front of you. Tarakashi crabs are quite rare, and although it was my first time eating them, the impact was truly remarkable, and they were extremely delicious. I was able to experience the crab in various ways, such as cooking it in different ways and eating it in different manners, which was a great experience. The sight of the crabs being prepared with such enthusiasm is truly breathtaking. The staff at the store also provided me with lots of information and explanations about crabs, which was a pleasant aspect of the experience. The interior of the store is a calm and traditional Japanese atmosphere, with large aquariums that catch your attention. The staff's smiling faces and attentive service made the experience even better. This place is perfect for commemorative days or when you want to celebrate with important people. The seasoning is said to be free of any additives. The crab miso is extremely rich and delicious, and one can truly feel the umami flavor as well as the firm texture of the meat. From the very first bite, one is completely captivated by the charm of the crab.

It was a refreshing and gentle dish made with edamame and tofu. There were also crab meat added to it, giving a strong sense of sweetness.

A big trout was what I appreciated. The taste was refreshing and gentle, and the dried plum on top served as an accent, making it delicious.

They cut it right in front of my eyes. The red, soft-shelled parts were removed. After rinsing the blood off with ice water, it tasted like flowers blooming. If you ask for it, they will also cut it for you. The first bite was with lemon juice, and the second bite with soy sauce. It had firm texture, and the crab's natural flavor along with the tangy taste of citrus spread throughout my mouth. When soy sauce was added, the sweetness of the crab, combined with the soy sauce and salt, created a delicious taste. This was a sashimi that truly lived up to its reputation for freshness.

At first, it was rare. When served as a rare dish, the saltiness of the crab stood out prominently. It’s recommended for those who enjoy a strong salt taste. I really liked it. As a medium-dish, the sweetness was slightly stronger compared to before, and the texture was also more plump. The way the taste changes depending on how you eat it is interesting, and it was delicious.
・Grilled Crab with Soy Sauce
It has soy sauce applied to it, so leave it as it is. The roasted crab legs not only have a great texture, but the crab's umami flavor was truly outstanding. The balance of the umami flavors was perfect, making it delicious enough to eat several pieces at once.

The crab miso croquettes use crab miso made from hairy crabs. They are cut in half and served with a seafood sauce made from eggplant and crabs. The young corn was crispy and had a strong sweetness.

The softly steamed crab meat spread a sweet taste in the mouth, making it extremely delicious. The sweetness was quite pronounced. It is highly recommended to eat it with rice.

The rice was fluffy and sweet. Adding a little tempura fish to it, along with crab miso, yakisoba, and soy sauce, made for an outstanding meal. As a final touch, I was completely satisfied. If there was any leftover rice, they turned it into a rice ball with crab meat inside.

A slightly gentle red broth that permeated the body, it was perfect in the end.

We shared half of the dish with the customer next to us. It had a strong salt taste, but it was something I had never tasted before. It was quite unusual and wonderful.

In the final step, they apply a creamy sauce to the pasta. The pasta is extremely rich and creamy, and the aroma of the porcini mushrooms is also very pleasant. The crab meat is well-integrated into the dish, making it delicious.
