Each dish has its own story, and the well-balanced composition truly leaves a lasting impression.
Firstly, "Green Salad ~Yuzu Dressing~" captures the refreshingness from the very first bite.
The crisp and fresh vegetables are filled with the subtle aroma of yuzu, while their moderate acidity and sweetness give a pleasing balance to the whole dish.
Considering the focus on Wagyu beef, this is an excellent starter dish that prepares you to fully enjoy the rich flavor of fat.
The "homemade kimchi platter" is visually stunning. The balance between the richness of fermentation and the freshness of vegetables is truly remarkable.
In addition to the traditional spiciness of cabbage kimchi, seasonal vegetables also add a touch of variation to the dish.
The sweetness and umami that can be felt within the spiciness seem to increase the anticipation for the meat dishes that will soon be served.
And "Roast Beef with Majibi Cattle".
This is truly delicious. The sliced meat is so thin that the juices are tightly locked inside it. With each bite, the unique sweetness and aroma of Miyabi beef fill your mouth completely.

Large and beautiful marbled meat is quickly grilled. When it enters the mouth, the creamy fat spreads smoothly, offering a sweet taste that melts in the mouth.
Even without any modifications, it is already very delicious. However, when served with white rice, the meat's flavor is further enhanced, creating an ultimate harmony in the mouth.
And this dish, which can be considered the star of this course, is a "Mix of 10 Rare Parts of A5 Black Wagyu Beef".
