We visited Yakiniku Restaurant ‘Xidori’ in Keibiuzo. It’s easily accessible, just 90 seconds from the west exit of JR Keibiuzo Station or 30 seconds from the second exit of Tokyo Metro. This time, we ordered the [Xidori Course - Ultimate-].
We started with vegetable sticks. Their crisp texture was pleasant and perfect as the first dish. The subsequent chicken dishes were beautifully presented, showing the quality of the ingredients. The chicken dumpling soup had a gentle flavor that was very soothing.
There were 7 yakiniku dishes served. Each dish highlighted its own characteristics, and the cooking temperatures were perfectly just right. During the meal, we were served leavened paté, which was smooth and not too strong in taste, blending naturally with the yakiniku. Among the vegetable dishes, zucchini appeared, with a great balance between freshness and fragrance.
I chose white leavened meat for my choice of one dish. It had a soft, creamy texture and was very delicious. The dessert, truffle egg custard, was fragrant, ending our meal in a luxurious way.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy yakiniku carefully when you want to do so. We really hope to visit again.
