The area around Mitake is a bit far away, and since there are many delicious grilled meat restaurants in Morioka, it was difficult to visit often. But I decided to give it a try for the first time.
Fortunately, I was able to park in the parking lot in front of the restaurant.
The restaurant has a homey atmosphere, yet its interior is clean and stylish. Ordering is done via a touch screen (be careful not to order too many items at once).
First, what impressed me was the thick cut of the beef teriyaki. It has a thickness similar to that of a typical beef teriyaki restaurant product, but it’s packaged in such a way that it’s easy to eat. However, the meat itself is incredibly soft. Its flavor is rich, and it has a strong umami taste. This is truly a delicious beef teriyaki.
In my age group, I have been served only dishes with less fat content, such as red meat lohe or short-horned cattle, and halamin. Red meat tends to become tough when overcooked. However, the meat itself was so fresh that it was sufficient to serve it rare to medium.
All the meat is fresh, and it's clear that no effort has been spared in the processing.
The organ meats and karaage are also very delicious, so I really hope to try them next time.
The cold noodles in the lunch set are also extremely delicious. The beef bone broth is quite strong, and the soup is rich and thick. The noodles are slightly thicker and have a firm texture. Even without chili, it's hard to stop eating.
After a long time, I encountered a restaurant that truly moved me.
The owner's sincere desire to work hard and provide high-quality meat, and to ensure that customers enjoy eating good meat, is clearly conveyed.
It would have been better if we had come earlier...
I would really recommend this restaurant to everyone, but it gets too crowded when people come... (laughs).
Also, I will definitely ask again.
Thank you for your hospitality!!
