This is my third post.
This is a udon izakaya in Akabu, where I often stay overnight on days when I have to work overtime.
It was a restaurant started by a career-oriented woman who decided to leave her traditional job.
The udon noodles are not from the Sanuki style, nor the Musashino style, nor the Ikumi style.
It's a restaurant with a Fukuoka-style, gentle approach to cooking. The flavor of the broth is also homey and casual.
Therefore, it is possible to find cases where the restaurant reviews have low ratings.
Opening until 10:30 p.m., with last orders at 10:30 p.m., and continuing to operate late into the night.
Cheap udon, toppings, and alcohol available to enjoy.
Therefore, I regularly visit this place as a restaurant that offers good usability.
This time, on a night when I had to work overtime at the end of the year, I joined up with my husband who also worked overtime. We used this opportunity together.
Please serve this dish for 300 yen.
Danzimen Udon, Large Size, 1300 Yen
Limited-time offer: Kudou Kami Udon – Hot, 1200 yen
Edamame 390円
Sushi Teriyaki – 200 yen
コーヒーハイボール 590円
Total of about 4000 yen
This ramen udon has a strong sesame flavor, and it is almost not spicy at all.
It's so creamy, even including the fried egg on top.
The udon noodles are not very firm in texture; they are quite soft.
Overall, it's not exactly what we call "tanjiru," but the taste is so good that even children can enjoy it. I really like this dish too.
This limited-time menu item, Kudou Kami Udon, features fresh green onions that resemble ghosts. It was delicious to eat by carefully dividing the greens apart.
Both udon and otsumaki were seasoned with a homey flavor, which gently penetrated into the tired stomach on those late days due to overtime work.
Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely use your restaurant again.

A udon-yakinoyaki restaurant located within 30 seconds of walking from the east entrance of Akabune Station.
This is a restaurant opened by a former businesswoman who quit her job to start her own business. They specialize in udon made with high-quality wheat.
There are many types of udon available, and the à la carte menu is also extensive. It’s a reasonable place to eat and drink at an affordable price. Additionally, it operates until 11 o’clock, making it a very convenient place to dine. Therefore, I use this restaurant quite frequently.
Today was also a regular workday, with rain falling. I didn’t have the energy to go to a restaurant that was far from the station. So, my husband and I went there together.

【Inside the Restaurant】
A slender two-story store located directly opposite the Akabu Station.
Inside, the first floor has four small table seats, and there seems to be a second floor as well. However, I have never been upstairs, so the details are unknown.
The interior has a casual atmosphere, resembling that of a typical izakaya or chain restaurant. However, it is clean and tidy.
【메뉴】
There are dozens of udon varieties available, as well as a wide range of tempura options (many of which are seasonal). There is also a menu of custom toppings for individual orders.
Additionally, the types of alcohol available include sawhorses, cocktails, etc., making the overall selection quite reasonable.
(The price has increased, but I still think it's relatively cheap.)
【頼んだもの】2人で合計4100円くらい
〇きのこうどん 温
〇タンバン麺うどん 温
This is a Zennichi udon restaurant review. In terms of warm noodles, I don't really feel the elasticity and firmness that are typical of Zennichi udon. Personally, it gives me the impression of a slightly harder version of Hakata-style soft udon.
However, it doesn’t lack the characteristics typical of the Kansai region. I think it’s a gentle and delicious noodle with a subtle taste of wheat.
The seasoning of the broth in "きのこうどん" is also simple, resulting in a clean and delicious taste. There are plenty of mushrooms added, making it easy to eat and extremely delicious.
Additionally, the "Dan Dan Mee Udon" ordered by my husband was truly authentic in terms of the Dan Dan noodles' flavor. Perhaps it's because of this gentle texture of the udon noodles that the flavors of the soup really complemented each other, making it quite delicious. It was a delightful discovery for me.
〇さんまの天ぷら
〇Egg fried crumb
〇ササミバジルの天ぷら
I ordered "Santama no Tenpura" because it was said to be a seasonal dish. The santama had its bones properly removed, making it a safe choice for consumption. It was indeed a delicious dish.
The clothes were not too thick, allowing me to experience the flavors of autumn.
The sazame balsamico tempura had well-hydrated sazame, which remained crisp without becoming dry. Surprisingly, the freshness of the balsamico and the oil from the tempura ingredients complemented each other, resulting in a balanced taste that was truly delicious.
〇コーヒービール
This restaurant offers several menu options where coffee is mixed with high-quality beer or beer itself.
The coffee beer has a bitter taste, making one feel as if they are drinking black beer.
It seems like a dish with a strong flavor would be suitable for me. I might have different opinions on this, but I really liked it.

This restaurant, as mentioned in my first review, doesn’t have anything truly outstanding as a noodle shop. However, its overall quality is above average, and the food is quite delicious. It’s also very convenient to use. Therefore, the price is well worth it, as it definitely satisfies both the stomach and the mood. Personally, I really love this place.
Please try this restaurant's dinner options, especially the seafood dishes that are served after returning from the samba party.
Thank you for tonight's meal. We will come again!

This is a noodle restaurant located within 30 seconds of Akabu Station. It's a convenient place, and the service is extremely fast, which makes it a popular choice for those who work late and still need to eat dinner.
It's a restaurant opened by a successful woman who used to work in a trading company or something similar. She decided to quit her job and start her own business. The restaurant specializes in wheat-based noodles.
On that day, due to work-related problems, I worked like a broken rag. I arrived at the store after 9 p.m.
The restaurant has a cozy layout with several tables on each floor—one on the first floor and one on the second floor. It has a down-to-earth atmosphere.
Since I felt like drinking a bit, I ordered udon, sake, and side dishes with my partner.
Overall, it's just over four thousand yen.
○お通しナムル
○Eggplant Curry Udon
I decided to order this restaurant because it was rated as the number one choice. There were plenty of delicious sweet potatoes in the dish, and the curry tasted smooth and delicious. The udon noodles had a typical Sanuki flavor. However, when I tried the curry udon-like warm noodles, I felt that they were a bit too soft.
○ Chicken Soup Green Onion Udon (Warm Noodles)
This is a seasonal menu. The soup contains a huge amount of chives, as if it were a monster. There was also grilled chicken, and the aroma was very fragrant. It's really convenient that there’s a method to warm the noodles just like in the noodle soup.
○ナズダオイル揚焼き
○Spring Chrysanthemum Udon
This segment contains a restaurant review in Japanese. Here is the translated version in English:
A large takoyaki with just one spring onion was served. It could be eaten with udon or simply salted and enjoyed. It was delicious.
○ジンサワー
○津軽りんご酒
As a udon restaurant, it doesn’t have an extremely special or unique feel. However, overall, it’s quite affordable. Udon alone can be ordered as a single item, and it can also be enjoyed with drinks through the à la carte menu. In terms of a regular place to frequent, this is a store that is easy to use.
I will definitely use this service again.
Today too, thank you for the warm udon.
