This is a restaurant in Kyobashi that offers tempura and sushi. I actually visited here before and really liked it, so I made a reservation to visit again (^^)
The handsome chef who skillfully spreads fried foods, and the sushi master who creates exquisite dishes with perfect coordination...
It's so enjoyable to be able to see from such a close counter!

Such enjoyable conversations while dining are truly healing, and two hours passed in a flash!
・Appetizers
First of all, I am thrilled by the numerous beautiful appetizers presented here (^^)
Marinated new onions and crab, sesame tofu, eggplant kastella, and stuffed clams.
Every detail shows that the work was done with great care and precision.
The eggplant kastela has a light pink color, and its appearance is both attractive and delicious. The stuffed clam stew is sweet and spicy, with plenty of umami flavor.
・Car Crayfish・Head
When it comes to tempura, it's definitely shrimp, right?
A magnificent fried prawn, including the head part!
I would like to enjoy it with salt recommended by the chef!
Fried crispy foods are truly satisfying (^^)
The fabric was slightly thin, yet it was crisp and light, effectively highlighting the flavor of the ingredients.
Salt, mountain pepper salt, and lemon are provided, so you can enjoy it in the recommended or preferred way of eating ♪
・Gunma's Asparagus
Please eat in the order of top, front, and back, as indicated (^^)
The tips of the rice are delicious, so I usually leave them behind. But considering their texture, there seems to be a proper order in which to eat them.
The thick and magnificent asparagus was extremely refreshing and delicious (^ ^)
・Kumamoto's Horse Meat
Thank you for your attention. Today's special is sashimi, but it's not just ordinary fish sashimi. Instead, it's... horse liver!!
The item that is placed alongside, and which seems to have a slight air of moisture, is the stem of a sweet potato!
It seems that although the sweet potato itself isn’t very delicious, its stem can be eaten raw.
It had a slightly sponge-like texture that was enjoyable, and I really liked it (^^)
・Salmon and Fresh Ginger from Wakanai Region
The dumpling filling was enriched with delicious broth, along with fried scallops and fried new ginger.
I eat the scallop while breaking it with a spoon (^^)
This dish serves as a good accent, with fried ginger as a complement to create a well-balanced meal.
・Fried seaweed salad
Vegetables such as watercress, red radishes, and ice plants. The texture of the nuts is also enjoyable!
The homemade dressing made from soy sauce koji and sake paste is even more delicious. It’s not the kind of dressing that you can buy from stores, so it feels special and I’m happy about that♪
・Oyster Canned in Sour Sauce
While retaining a crisp texture, the dish was served with an abundance of ingredients, making it incredibly delicious (^^)
In a course, one piece of yuzuk is a bit heavy for me. Therefore, a quantity like this is just the perfect amount. I appreciate that.
・Hokkaidoのホタテ
The thick and fresh scallops are truly exceptional! The grilling technique is perfect, making them in an extremely excellent state!
・Yuri-ne kocha tea bowl
The vegetables have been carefully rinsed through a cloth, and a simple dish is served (^^) Vegetables are really delicious!
The pistachios decorated on the table are also adorable and nice♪
・Eggplant Heaven, how much caviar is included
This can be considered a specialty of Ms. Iishi.
Extremely luxurious shrimp dishes and caviar rolls!!
The shiny coins are so many that it's almost overwhelming! It's just pure happiness to have them with me. (^ ^)

The caramelized shrimp, fried in a thin layer of oil, was delicious all the way to the head.

With a course of fried food and sushi, I can imagine the steamed dishes for today...
What I thought was sashimi with fish, but instead it was actually kumihiti!
This was fresh red meat produced in Kumamoto!!

The dumpling filling, enriched by the broth, combined with okasori, features tempura of shrimp and yuzurihime.
I tried yashinjo’s tempura for the first time, and I really liked its crisp texture and the spiciness it had (^^)
A dish that brings comfort through its gentle broth and the aroma of the coastal scenery.
◎穴子煮おろし
Many tempura restaurants offer a whole octopus as an item, but at Iishi-san, they prepare the octopus in a size that makes it easier to eat, along with a soy sauce dressing (^^).
This tempura of scallops was truly astonishingly delicious!!!
The texture is fluffy, and the cooking method results in crispy crusts.
The dashi broth has a wonderful aroma, and the addition of yuzu adds another layer of flavor (^^)

The salmon is very meaty, and the way it was fried was truly remarkable.
The central part is rare beef, and the surrounding areas are perfectly cooked—an excellent state of affairs.
According to the characteristics of the ingredients, the chef carefully adjusts the cooking time to ensure that the advantages of the ingredients are not lost... It truly feels like the skill of a professional craftsman (^^)
The green paste is made from spring chrysanthemum and miso. It also has a pleasant bitterness! A sophisticated taste.
