I stumbled upon 'Nezu Riyutsuri' in the back streets of Nezu. The beautiful storefront made me feel as if I were being drawn into its embrace.
This restaurant reopened on August 5th. The interior is spacious and beautiful. On the counter, a variety of delicious bannazai are neatly arranged. As for the main dishes for lunch, there are five options to choose from. This makes it difficult for the indecisive customer to decide which one to pick.
“Lunch options” include healthy “A. Salad Plates”, as well as “B. Handmade Plates” which offer three varieties of handmade dishes, and “C. Mampuku Plates” which feature four varieties of handmade dishes. Which one would you like?
I chose the "Nezu-ri Plate for 1,200 yen". The main dish was "Abalone Steak", which I selected from a selection of five options.
I ordered three types of obanzai: "Yasai no Nukumushi," "Kabocha to Chicken Mizomori Waan," and "Dokusoku." The salad will be served separately.
If you post this on SNS or similar platforms, it seems that they offer a drink service as well. Sure, I'll do that. Or, is "Yekurog" also okay?
They brought me an ice coffee right away. Then, my plate appeared. There was a lot of obanzai on the plate. The salad was brightly colored.
All dishes have a gentle taste. The dressing for the salad is also homemade, with a delicate flavor. The jumbo shrimp are fried until crispy. But since it's not tonkatsu, but still a jumbo shrimp dish, there isn't much guilt involved. I ate all the dishes thoroughly and enjoyed them immensely.
If it’s nearby, it’s worth visiting frequently. All I need to do is make a stop on the Chiyoda Line. It seems that there are plenty of healthy dishes available even at night!
