Today... the kind-hearted Mr. B from Maebara will treat me to sushi. So...
I followed along without much thought.
The restaurant we visited was... "Anbee Sushi" in Takada.
A restaurant located across from the Hasu, just after crossing the Reimei River, from Potoge School.
The neighbor is "Mino Tan"さん.
It was around 2 p.m. on a weekday when we arrived.
Since there are no customers ahead of us, we will sit at the counter table.
Suddenly, Mr. B said to the chef, “This young man wants a top-quality sushi! I think a sushi meal costing 1,500 yen would be fine.” So, I quickly corrected myself and said, “No, no, I also want the same thing!”
“寿し御膳”(1,500円+税)は、ランチ風のサービスメニューです。
First, the egg custard was served.
Careful cutting. Super clean.
Let's eat one piece! I tried to taste it.
Oh. It's delicious.
In a rapid succession, thin rolls and tuna are served on the table.
Oh, so this is the pattern where each portion of the steamed fish is held separately?
Well, luxurious indeed!
The thin rolls are called "Kappa-maki". The cucumber has an interesting cut.
Salmon, tuna... octopus, shrimp...
I am allowed to have it held in a satisfactory manner according to my pace.
このレストランの料理も本当に美味しいです!
This sushi costs six koku. The last item was hirasu. It was topped with lemon, which made it look very stylish!
The pickles that are served along with the food are also sweet and delicious.
The sushi set includes another drink and a small dish as well. (I forgot to take photos!)
Just as I was about to finish eating the sushi, a tea bowl steamed dish was served.
Oh, this restaurant's tea conversation dishes are quite filling. They contain a variety of ingredients.
And finally, there are delicious desserts in the form of jelly containers in cute glasses.
It has a refreshing apple flavor. Apparently, it's made by hand.
Delicious.
Good afternoon.
It was a quite decent sushi course.
After finishing making the sushi, there follows a relaxed time of conversation with the master chef.
Just three old men who know things that only people from Oshima themselves understand. (Laugh) Really grown-ups, huh?
It was a pleasant lunch experience.
Umm. I never thought that B, who seemed like a person who was just big talkers but didn’t actually do any work at all, might actually be quite hardworking. Communication is really important, you know? (Laughter)
It felt like stepping up another level of maturity.
I run a blog about eating out.Chikuhibura/ 【Anbee Sushi】※이 레스토랑은 사진을 더 많이 제공합니다.
