It wasn’t because the beer was particularly delicious that I ordered more; rather, it wasn’t too chaotic. So today, I limited myself to three beers: a starter beer, a transition beer, and a calming beer, and that’s how the game ended.
Starting from "Oshinchi"
It feels like a dish cooked with salmon and butter, combining the flavor of butter with the fat from salmon.
There are about 8 types of grilled dishes. Overall, the freshness is good. Especially the color of the tuna was excellent.
Handmade crab-infused satouma-yaki, served with ginger for a great taste.
The pork that was grilled was too hard, making it difficult to swallow.
Fresh tomatoes, good.
A dish that resembles chicken salad, with mayonnaise that was delicious. I ate it all without realizing it.
The set includes charahan and yabanari ri's miso soup. The charahan is designed to be a light dish; even if it's still quite strong, it's still okay.
Overall, it seems to be a bit expensive.
