このダイニングバーでは、夜には焼酎も提供されており、特におばんざいが売りの店です。時々、生演奏も聴けるそうです。
This is my second visit during lunchtime, and last time, the restaurant was fully booked.
This time, even though the restaurant opened very quickly, there were already three customers waiting in line.
When I visited here before, I noticed a lot of customers ordering the stroganoff hamburger meal. So, I thought about choosing that option. However, upon seeing the menu item for the grilled meal (the whole salmon, tuna, and flounder), I was so attracted by it that I ended up ordering that instead.
By the way, previously, the grilled set meal was out of stock.
You can choose one item from the onigiri available that day.
I chose the namul with mizu-meshi and kikarage.
The set meal that arrived included cold dishes and pasta salad as well.
The sashimi is very fresh.
It feels juicy rather than "reiiyoshi," with a rich texture that contains ample moisture, making it appear plump and firm.
The amount of vinegar used is just right, making the sauce quite firm.
The macaroni salad features finely chopped egg white and yolk, along with finely chopped cucumber. It also includes tuna, making it a highly appetizing dish.
However, it has a somewhat firm texture. In a negative sense, it has a strong smell of flour and a rather floury taste.
Namur is ordinary.
There's nothing particularly to say.
The rice and miso soup are quite delicious for a restaurant of this kind.
The sashimi was a bit smaller in quantity, but my stomach was full.
Looking at other people's choices, it seems that some menus offer quite substantial side dishes.
It's not a good restaurant.
Aside from the mediocre obanzai that serves as a selling point...
