We have visited WAGYU MAFIA, a membership-based barbecue restaurant, for the second time at its new branch in Nagoya Nishiki. It was a pleasant experience, and we had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere during our visit.

Using Ozeki beef, enjoy Wagyu beef in a Gingiskan pot. The meat is of high quality. This meat is carefully cooked right before your eyes using Yuki Precision's special pot (costing 500,000 yen per unit). After the meat, you can choose vegetables and other dishes as part of the menu.

The phantom Oza beef that I received last time is not greasy at all. It has a light texture, and it offers a strong umami flavor, allowing you to enjoy the meat’s natural taste☺︎
The meat is, of course, delicious. Moreover, the vegetables cooked using our special pot are also extremely tasty, which makes people smile☺︎

The shabushabu served with hot pot, made from Ozeki beef, was not greasy at all even when viewed. The fat content was so low that it was surprisingly not noticeable.
The spicy flavor of the hot pot made from Ozeki beef bone soup, with an additional 18 types of spices added, is not as spicy as it looks.
The noodles, as I received them last time, are thick noodles. The soup binds firmly to the noodles, making them extremely delicious ☺︎
If you prefer, you can add parsley to enhance the flavor, or even add mountain pepper. Both regular mountain pepper and spiced mountain pepper are delicious. I have received both types.
