The buffet starts with a selection of meat dishes. After eating those, the meal can begin. Orders are placed via smartphone. I tried ordering various types of meat, and considering what a buffet restaurant is all about, all the meats I ordered were excellent. For my favorite cut of meat—minnow (I rarely eat other cuts besides minnow and halemini)—it was available in a course priced at 4500 yen (A. Meat Shop Kitchen Course). In other buffet restaurants, minnow might not be available on the menu, or if it is, it’s usually only available in the most expensive course, which is quite expensive. However, at “Meat Shop Kitchen”, minnow is available from the cheapest course, which is very pleasing. The beef cuts like Wagyu shio, Wagyu shinsutamama, Wagyu ranichiki, and thick-cut beef tonkatsu (salt) were also delicious. The presence of yuzuko ponzu was also a great addition.
