Actually, I was aiming for another restaurant, but due to the strong wind, I had to make a pit stop here (laughs).
This is a lunch visit, after 6 years and 4 months.
I arrived at the restaurant at 11:45. Although there were some empty tables and chairs at the counter, the place was fully booked by around 12 o’clock.
I was led to the counter seat.
I ordered the menu items that I’m familiar with every day.

The salad was prepared with a dressing based on shallot, and the portion was quite large, which satisfied me.
The soup is based on a chicken broth, but the vegetables add a rich umami flavor to it.
The main hamburger features meat that is tightly packed together. It pairs well with a demiglace sauce, which has both bitterness and sweetness, resulting in a delicious taste with rich flavor. If you break the warm sesame seeds served alongside it, the sweetness enhances the taste, making it even more delicious.
Additionally, broccolini and baked cheese mash potatoes are included.
Unfortunately, the rice had too much moisture, making it quite soggy. Even though they used Akita's brand rice, "Sakihoko no Re," it felt a bit disappointing.
Service and atmosphere were both excellent, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely meal.
“Short-horned cattle used Spice Curry” also sounds interesting, so I plan to visit again in the future.

In the place where the “Battichi” used to be, there’s a new Italian restaurant that opened this year.
Lunch menu includes hamburgers, doughnuts, salads, and other dishes.
Quite a while ago, I was doing BM, but this is my first visit today.
I arrived at around 12:40, and it seemed to have passed its peak. The number of customers was about 50%.
I was led to a counter seat.
The restaurant is small in size, but it has a clean and elegant atmosphere.
The counter seats are relatively narrow between the seats, but the counter tables themselves are spacious.
Please be careful, as it may be a bit slippery.
Well, I was hesitant about choosing a short-horn beef hamburger at 1,800 yen. Instead, I ordered the following items listed at the top of the menu.

First, the salad and soup were served.
The soup is of a chicken-based style, with a slightly light flavor.
The dressing for the salad is French-style, with a strong balsamic vinegar flavor. The salad includes carrots and watercress, and the portion is generous—a quite decent and impressive salad.
From ordering to the delivery of the main dish, it took just over 10 minutes.
The hamburger is served in the style of a slow-cooked hamburger.
The hamburger itself is made using hybrid pork called "Eco Pork." As a result, it is fluffy and has a natural sweetness. It’s even more delicious than I had expected.
I chose Demigras as the source dish. This dish also has a rich texture and sweetness, making it perfect for pairing with hamburgers.
While breaking apart the semi-moist egg that was served, mixing it with the sauce makes it even more delicious.
The side dish was mash potatoes topped with broccoli and cheese.
If I must point out any difficulties, it was the lack of taste in the rice. However, overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the food and service.
Drinks are not included, but I think the price is reasonable.
Next time, I really hope to try the “short-horn beef hamburger”.
