It's been a long time since I last wanted to eat gyinjikkan.
When it comes to Jingi-khan, there's the Mongolian chop.
So, we decided to visit the restaurant.
Since I learned to make reservations during my previous visit to this restaurant, this time I will make a reservation before visiting.
This time, I ordered...
Happy Mongholian Course: 4,500 yen × 2
Total of 9,000 yen. Payment via PayPay.
※実際には、食べ放題のみにするつもりでしたが、スタッフの熱意に押されて(笑)
This is a menu for the all-you-can-eat meal.
Ultimately, this menu item was the right choice.
Since I had plenty of time, I was able to enjoy the food slowly and thoroughly.
The lamb meat is not frozen or processed in any way; it is 【live meat】. Therefore, it is recommended to eat it in its rare state.
It was a little bit awkward and unsure at first, but this is really delicious!
I can't bear it anymore♪
Considering factors such as serving times, even if a large quantity like 5 portions are ordered at once, the portion sizes are deliberately kept small.
The reason is that we want to serve the food in a delicious state.
As evidence of that reason, the service time is extremely fast, and there is almost no waiting time. Therefore, it's possible to order portions in several smaller amounts over time.
-おすすめの食べ方-
Of course, it's delicious to eat plain as it is.
・コチュカルという赤唐辛子をたっぷり加えて食べると美味しいです♪
If a large amount of chili is added, there is just a slight, tiny hint of spiciness. However, the flavor of the chili peppers complements the meat.
It significantly enhances the flavor of the dish.
・私は好き嫌いがあると思いますが、刻んだニンニクを大量に摂取するのは♪
Together with Kotkul, a large amount of pickles and omaoma.
・上記の二種類をたっぷりと加え、エゴマの葉で包むと、様々な風味が混ざり合い、旨さが大幅に増します。
・If you prefer to eat with a casual, relaxed approach, please request ponzu as a side dish.
It's possible to eat with such ease and without any effort, which is quite surprising.
To add a little extra flavor, adding a bit of sesame oil makes it even more delicious.
※警告※
The lamb meat is so delicious that it will definitely exceed the capacity of the restaurant.
The meat is cooked together with roasted vegetables, kimchi, namul, and spicy white ginger, which greatly stimulates the appetite.
It is experiencing a rapid increase, so we must maintain our rationality and eat carefully.
If you focus too much on the meat, you'll fill up the space in your stomach with side dishes and desserts.
Therefore, please maintain a clear sense of rationality while eating.
Our couple, every time we go down the stairs, we end up eating so much that we lose our balance (laughs)
Please be careful not to eat too much, okay? (爆)
This time too, it was extremely delicious.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I really want to eat there again, and I really want to visit there again. Yet, it was difficult to get the chance to return and visit that restaurant once more.
It's been several years since I've visited here.
It seems that the system has changed slightly compared to before.
From the explanation I heard, it seems to be a very simple system.
Only meal plans cost 3500 yen for 90 minutes.
The all-you-can-eat meal and drink service costs 4500 yen for a duration of 150 minutes.
※If there are people within the group who do not drink alcohol or do not want a free drinks service, one option is to order only the meal for all participants. Then, only those who need it can enjoy a single-free drinks package costing 1100 yen.
In this case, the time limit is 90 minutes, so please take note of this.
The order placed today was for,
Buffet meal plan: Happy Mongealian menu for 4500 yen, duration of 150 minutes × 2.
Using 1200 T Points from Eatlog, the total amount spent is 7800 yen.
In cases like this of all-you-can-eat menus, it's common for various extra dishes to be served. After finishing those dishes, people are expected to accept additional items as well. It's a clever system.
However, at Mongolian Chop, there isn’t such a sophisticated system. Initially, only “three types of meat” are offered as standard.
Moreover, all the meat is served in small portions per person, so you can eat as much meat as you want, whenever you want.
It also feels like this place has a new system in place.
The photos show a variety of items, but these are what we ordered.
Edamame,
Salt kelp and cucumber
Kimchi with spicy shallots
Sanchu/Miso
Cauliflower, onions, and seasonal vegetables.
Although it is not listed on the menu, there’s a curry made with lamb meat. How about that? I was suggested to try it, so I ordered a small portion.
It was a rather ordinary curry, but the flavor of the lamb meat was well integrated, making it extremely delicious.
The consistency of the rice was perfect; it was just right, barely leaving a hard core. That was really great.
The chicken tasted like a mixture of garlic and miso, but the seasoning was just enough to give it a subtle flavor. Surprisingly, it was quite light in taste.
The pork butt, described as having a flavor of sweet salt, was also quite mild. I was able to enjoy it easily without any strong flavors.
I did notice a slight smell characteristic of lamb, but since it was a meat that can be eaten raw, there wasn’t much to bother me.
On the contrary, I actually decided to eat it during a time when it was considered a rare delicacy. It was extremely soft, juicy, and delicious.
If it's not fresh, it can't be eaten, right?
I can have the soup seasoned with a special sauce, and if I add plenty of chopped garlic to it, the taste becomes even more delicious.
Additionally, if you add an abundance of Kuchakkal, a type of chopped red chili pepper, it becomes even more delicious.
And, with a little bit of Mongolian miso added... the flavor becomes more intense and delicious.
Anyway, the quality was satisfactory for everyone.
I appreciate it very much.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
