Located just after passing the intersection of Zemus Slope in the street in front of the Oi-cho Station East Gate. It's a few minutes' walk away. This is a famous restaurant known for its A5-grade beef and lava grilled meat. I really like Bumburger here, and I use it occasionally. This time, my husband and I decided to try lava grilled meat for the first time.

Since we ordered a whole head of fish, we can enjoy a wide variety of parts. The staff explained the names of each part to us. At first, I ordered a set of five dishes, and they were very delicious. So, I asked for an additional three dishes, and now I have an eight-dish set. We enjoyed the dishes with three types of soy sauce and salt.

The meat cooked slowly under the far-infrared rays of the volcanic rock plate is tender and delicious, retaining all its flavorful components. Additionally, the plate has countless air holes, which help absorb excess fat, making it a healthy choice. Volcanic rocks contain minerals that are beneficial to health, and they also have potential effects on improving skin quality and delaying aging. I enjoyed this luxurious grilled meat experience.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Cross the road in front of the Oi-cho Station West Gate (East Hyper Oi-cho Line), and walk left. After passing through the intersection on Zemus坂上, descend into the alley on the right side. There, you will find the sign of "Senjō Sekinjūdō" that I occasionally used in Gozuka. It's interesting that despite walking along this street frequently, I rarely enter the alleys. I was happy to stumble upon it during lunchtime. It’s just a few minutes' walk from the station.
This is a renowned restaurant specializing in lava grilled meat. Here, you can enjoy beef dishes such as hamburgers and steaks. For the lunch menu, I ordered a medium-sized hamburger (150g) made with Miyazaki Prefecture's premium Oza beef, priced at 1,500 yen. Oza beef is a rare breed that is only produced 30 times a year. I was completely captivated by its premium quality, and I couldn't wait for it to be served. The plate of food was served hot on a steel grill. It included hamburgers still with some red meat, corn, potatoes, and blueberries. There was also a salad, soup, and rice. The hamburger, which still had some red meat, had a soft texture with a rich flavor. Despite having little fat, it retained a moist texture. I sliced the hamburger in half and seasoned it with salt on one side, while the other side was coated with a sauce made from mild green onions. I enjoyed this dish to the fullest.
There are counters and tables available, and it was already late at lunchtime, so it was a perfect time to find a vacant seat. Compared to Gofuneda, the interior is more compact, but the staff are friendly and pleasant, making it a comfortable place to dine. It’s easy for a single woman to enter, and the hamburgers were delicious, making it a place I would like to return to again.
Thank you for your hospitality.
