Since I had a little time left before the live performance at the Yoyogi Gymnasium, I stopped by Tiki’s Tokyo. It’s located right next to Yoyogi Park, and the bright and open-air atmosphere is really pleasant. The interior has a cozy feel, reminiscent of a resort. There were many people with dogs on the terrace, and it was a peaceful place where time seemed to flow slowly.
This day’s “Pasta of the Day” is a Bolonese. The pasta is thinly sliced, and it’s coated with plenty of meat sauce. The moment it enters your mouth, the savory taste of meat spreads throughout your senses. The cheese sauce on top adds a smooth texture to the dish, creating a balanced combination that’s rich yet not overwhelming. The slightly bitter flavor of ricotta serves as a nice contrast, ensuring that you won’t get bored until the very end.
The amount was just right, and even before the live performance, it wasn’t too heavy, resulting in a perfect satisfaction. The staff's service was also very polite, making it easy for even first-time visitors to enter. This is the perfect place to stop before or after the concert at the代代木体育馆. Sitting in the green surroundings and enjoying delicious pasta, I was able to refresh myself a bit.
