We went for a dinner at Ulfjagang in Ginza. The interior at night is completely different from during the day; the lighting is soft and creates an elegant atmosphere. From the windows, one can enjoy the beautiful view of Ginza, making it feel like a special moment has begun. We reserved a counter seat, and we got to watch the chef skillfully roast prime-aged beef right in front of us. The aroma that rose from the iron plate was delicious, and the sound of the juices dripping down made our appetite surge. We asked for medium-rare, but the outside was crispy while the inside was tender and smooth. Every bite revealed the rich flavors and sweetness of the meat. The vegetables served with the dish were also grilled on the iron plate, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients. The wine list was extensive, and we got recommendations from the sommelier for a red wine that complemented our meal perfectly. The service was excellent; they took care of every detail, from the timing of the meal to the atmosphere during conversation. Although the bill was quite substantial, it was worth it for a special occasion or a dinner with someone important. If you want to enjoy Ginza's nightlife in style, this is definitely a place you should not miss.
