This tea bowl steamed dish features buckwheat seeds, making it delicious. However, the portion seems to be quite small.

Due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, our restaurant was completely destroyed by a tsunami. It reopened as a smaller establishment. I couldn’t help but want to visit it again, and finally, I managed to make it my own.
First, I ordered sesame tofu—it was fluffy, and I ate it in one bite.
